Guests at the Tokyu Bay Yokohama can unwind in the sauna or relax with a massage treatment. The hotel offers ticketing services, as well as currency exchange. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, a babysitting centre and a jewellery shop.

The view from my room and the bath was absolutely spectacular. I really couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony just taking in the view, especially in the evening when the cosmo clock was lit up and changed colours. The breakfast was nice as well. I liked that they had freshly squeezed orange juice and many varieties of pastries, also with chefs there to make you an omelette with fillings of your choice. The location was fabulous due to the hotel being connected to shopping centres and the metro line. You don’t have to walk very far to reach many different shops and restaurants. To top it all off, they even gave me a small music box shaped like a gift bag to celebrate my birthday. I was really touched by this little detail. I’d love to go back.

Second Time ad APA Yokohama Bay Tower, so I knew what to expect. The Hotel is the image of modernity in every detail, the room is small but with ergonomics in mind: ideal for a single traveler. The SPA is huge, clean and relaxing and having two resident convenience store is really convenient for a quick dinner or a late snack. The position is strategically placed in the center of Yokohama bay: if you are searching for a base to visit Tokyo, Yokohama, Kamakura and Enoshima, consider the Bay Tower.

Room was spacious, clean and big enough for a family of 4. They converted the sofa bed for us. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast very nice, full table service with plenty of choice. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Concierge helped us locate a lost bag on the train. Excellent location, right near station and Chinatown. Close to little supermarket. Excellent coin laundry on 6th floor - although they should ditch the washer/dryer combos for regular washers and dryers that don't just steam your clothes and take forever.

The advantage of being placed away from the elevator is less pinging and people noise is minimal. Spacious room. Cafe-prepped breakfast from an A,B, or C menu was good. Liked how conveniently situated to many restaurants, port sites and JR & Metro stations it is. There was a cool room of washing machines and driers - maybe 8/10, kind-of kitchenette and a relax corner with comics and a couple of chairs with massage pads attached. Never seen this set-up before.

Absolutely amazing breakfast! This review is coming from a European, and this hotel breakfast was by far the best we’ve had in the whole of Japan! The lounge/lobby of the hotel on the 20th floor is also beautiful and very relaxing! The room was spacious, definitely for Japanese standards, and the bed was very comfortable. Shower had great water pressure too.

Room is spacious, to the point that we organise our baggages while fully opening. View from the room is fabulous. However, the best were its bathtub and lavatory. Enough relaxation we had in bathtub and enough preparation to go we made in front of mirror. Lastly, the hotel had no thaws of the pandemic. Staff are lively and interior is gorgeous. Room-in massage offered us pretty high-qualitied techniques to remove our fatigue.

The spa is really relaxing. You can get a massage straight after being in the onsen! It's a wonderful location too, is in the same building as a shopping centre with the Pokemon Center!
