The staff were very friendly and helpful. The house grounds were lovely and we very lucky to find such a beautiful location that took dogs. The room was very dog friendly with beds and feeding bowls. The spa was very quiet and relaxing and very clean. We really enjoyed the food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

I went for the spa facilities especially the pool, sauna, steam room and gym and found them all great. I was lucky as I went in a week when things were not crowded. Location is great and it is only a short walk over the bridge to the town and theatres. Room was fine apart from the bed and it was nice to have a fridge. I liked the complimentary sparking water on the bedroom corridor - interesting. Parking was great and convenient and staff were friendly. Breakfast was fine if a little standard.

We loved everything about this quality contemporary property. There is a top notch branding that runs throughout hotel and restaurant. The hotel rooms were elegant, spacious, immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It had a lovely private outlook over fields from the Juliette balcony. The bar and restaurant had a really vibrant and welcoming atmosphere and dinner and breakfast were delicious. We were made to feel welcome and relaxed at every encounter with staff. We will be back.

We wanted a traditional country house festive Winter break with panelling, Christmas trees, open fires and cosying up with a mulled wine. The Billesley Manor delivered it all and gives you a lovely relaxing spa for a bit of modern luxury. The staff are so attentive and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and the beds a delight. The head barman makes a cracking martini and the food is delicious with great options for vegetarians like us. We only had one night here but are already planning a return visit.
