The property was situated in leafy grounds, the room was luxurious, all contents of bar fridge free and replaced daily, pool was indoor with outdoor lounge area under trees, food was outstanding and the staff could not do enough for the guests, including accommodating gluten free requests.

We really liked the hotel: we had just arrived at the hotel when they offered to park our car in the parking lot, the check-in was very fast and pleasant: we were offered drinks and the room was upgraded. The room was very comfortable, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. A special delight from the breakfasts - everything is very fresh, the menu for every taste. Special thanks to the very friendly waitress Anna for her professionalism. The hotel left a very pleasant impression!

the guesthouse was really clean and practical. The rooms are cozy and the location is fantastic. it's right outside the bus stops that have links to axlot of places in Baden Baden and really easy to navigate. we went specifically for the Christmas market and it was on the doorstep also close to the spas.

Nothing impressive on the contrary. In the future, if we plan to go to Baden Baden and only have this room, we will cancel the trip immediately. Because we lost free money in 15 minutes after receiving the room key. And what's worse is that we lose our feelings!

The apartment is great, spacious, very well decorated, clean, modern with atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped,with coffee, tea, ready to be made.

It is always such a pleasure staying at my favourite hotel in Baden Baden. From arrival until I left everything was simply excellent: supportive, attentive, very friendly staff and service. I always enjoy the truly heavenly delicious breakfast, the amazing SPA and Wellness area. Can't wait to be back in Spring next year!
Big room with the park view, excellent breakfast - ask for the omelet, it is fantastic. Walking distance to Caracala spa, unlimited mineral water at the reception, cookies, Nespresso coffe and tea. Staff is very friendly. They provided us with wellness towels and bath robes.
Excellent location; grand old building that is well maintained; we had a quiet and spacious junior suite facing away from the street; buffet breakfast has a wide selection of tasty dishes; we enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna, clean and quiet; convenient parking underneath the hotel; staff are friendly and attentive; check-in and checkout was efficient and hassle-free. All in all a very enjoyable stay!
Spacious bedroom and bathroom with furniture for two people to relax. The breakfast was great, so much choice with homemade jams and yoghurt.

Property was immaculate, room was charming, clean and bed was comfy. Spa and wellness was next level and was amazing. Wife and I could use the saunas, Plunge Pool, and steam rooms (facilities were second to none and it wasn’t overcrowded) We wish we would of stayed longer.
