Every aspect of this hotel is impeccable - the hotel itself is celebrating its 150 year in 2022 and is the flagship of the Oetker Collection, quite rightly so! From the ornate decorations, fixtures and fittings, excellent staff, a hotel cat (Cleo) set in mature and stunning grounds, this is one of the finest hotels I have visited to date. The restaurants offer breadth and range in their menu's both at breakfast and dinner. We also had a picnic arranged for our final lunch, sat underneath a willow tree opposite the Allee with our 5 year old. Despite traveling with a young child, the hotel staff and guests were very welcoming. We were provided with a corner suite (415) which had excellent views and a nice position within the hotel, outstanding quality for the room itself, large bedroom and wardrobe space, a separate lounge area and a minibar included in the room rate. Balconies were safe and splendid!

We loved the location, 2 min away from the Christmas market and casino. I enjoyed hearing the birds in the morning from the room which was very spacious. Valentina and her husband are nice and welcoming. they did their best so we can have a nice stay. The parking place is very practical considering that it’s difficult to find parking places in the center. I particularly liked the shower.
