Amazing little quiet spot !
A true Homestay , and the owners are so welcoming and want to share moments with us. We ordered vegetarian food with no idea what we would be served , our meal was incredible an array of dishes - great surprise ! Unfortunately we could only stay for one night.
We hired the bikes and rode to an important temple , a beautiful tranquil spot ! The rooms are very new and clean. We had fun communicating through our expressions and google translate. Thanks for a great stay

This place is perfect, I love it! Everything is clean, cosy rooms, nice pool area, kind staff and good breakfast! I don’t recommend dinner or lunch here, kitchen not so good and not delicious. But for dinner or lunch I recommended to choose another place - Tam Coc kitchen was the best place where to eat, we really love it and it’s near from hotel.
Huge bungalow, super clean, great AC to escape the heat and lovely homestay grounds! You could paddle board at the lake, cycle around the area and play pool! Decent breakfast and open kitchen all day. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful. We really liked our stay here!
Off the main road on a quiet side road. Beautiful views and staff very friendly. Food also cooked fresh in kitchen and was some of best food we’ve had in Vietnam.

Oanh, the manager, is a charm! Always helpful, always with a smile on the lips. There is nothing you can't get in that place.
Mama is the best host we have ever come across and took care of everything for us from laundry and motorbikes to bus transfers. Perfect location right in the centre of Tam Coc too. Should also try her family restaurant tam coc kitchen which serves amazing food. We will be back!
Amazing facilities and location is beautiful! Chef Dung and Mom’s kitchen are fantastic food options close by! English is not 100% but good enough. Booked us return to Hanoi option which went smoothly. Free bikes are just okay condition. Scooter rental was convenient. Would definitely come back and stay again. Highly recommend. Peaceful and quiet. Just ask the staff for whatever you need they are always helpful and smiling. Breakfast ok.
Our host Mama was amazing and made our stay in Ninh Binh so wonderful despite the rainy weather. She was so welcoming and went above and beyond as a host, the hotel was comfortable and clean and tam coc family kitchen had great food too. We booked a bike tour with them to see Trang An, Hoa Lu and Bai ding pagoda which was great fun, we'd love to come back one day.

Good facilities - pool, pool table, free bikes and good sized seating area. The huts were fairly spacious and looked good. The kitchen was open all day which was useful if we didn't want to pop to town. Location was a bit out the way so it was peaceful but also wasn't a problem as it didn't take long to cycle to where we wanted to go. The ownership changed over a couple months ago so they are looking to improve things further where they can.
