The location was excellent. Close to everywhere I planned on going. It was a 7 minute walk to the famous train street where I often went to have a few drinks and something to eat. Also, Hanoi in June means changing shirts two to three times every day and the washing machine was therefore a huge plus.

Well located apartment close to the southern end of the beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake. Walkable distance (or short taxi ride) to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum & Museum, the Notre Dame Cathedral and to many other attractions. Very comfortable apartment with full kitchen, a good size living/dining area, & two good sized bedrooms & bathrooms.
I loved this property so much, it was up to date, everything worked, it was spotless. the design is BEAUTIFUL, so relaxing and stylish. well equipped kitchen. Sometimes in Vietnam the buildings hallway is not good but everything about the building is perfect and in great condition. The host is also so nice!!
Big, comfortable room in a guesthouse at the quiet end of an alley, with a peaceful garden and a small outdoor kitchen. Vanh is a terrific and responsive host, and helpful with local information. The location is a little away from the old quarter, but we liked it as it was less touristy, quieter and cheaper.
