The raw food was good. The dinner specials for guests staying there were good. Not enough hot foods. The non-English speaking staff were very helpful and accommodating with me and my translation app. The paths throughout the whole island were for the most part paved. Excellent views of wildlife, foliage, and slow walks through small villages. The beach was good for combing.

Such a beautiful, homely ryokan with the most accommodating and lovely hosts. So comfortable to sleep in, I wish we stayed longer. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful and so sweet of them to provide! The bath was incredible, having been filled to the brim with hot, soothing water.

The room is very small, however, they optimized the space so well that you actually feel comfortable. The air is nice, I usually have allergies and I could breathe really well. The onsen is amazing and very nice to use.

The hotel location is very convenient which is just 5-8 mins walk from Hakata JR and subway. It provides Sabu sabu breakfast which is very special. The room is clean. The sound blocking effect is excellent. Although I stayed near the lift, I did not hear any noise outside. The 13/F of the hotel provides hot spring facilities where guests can do both indoor and outdoor onsen!

The location was amazing - bus just outside the hotel and train around the corner. It was walkable to hakata station too. Fresh towels daily hung outside the door. The onsen was comfortable and there was free noodles, ice cream, and lactobacillus drink. Staff were friendly too and could speak English. Soundproofing was acceptable! You could still hear some noise in the corridor and the road but once the activities quiet down at nice it is alright. There’s a convenience store connected to the property so that was a great plus!

Comfortable, had all I needed for a solo traveller. Good shower facility and heating/In the heart of Nakasu. Close to the subway, easy to get to and from the airport. Love the onsen on the top floor. I booked this Hotel at the last second as I had accidentally booked a smoking room elsewhere (couldn’t handle the smell), I was lucky there was a room available.

Decent size room, clean and close to Hakata Station. Good facilities with a small onsen, coin laundry, microwave, toaster and coffee machines (24/7). The lounge is well designed and has a selection of books in English. They provide a light breakfast in the morning for free.
