We loved absolutely everything about our stay. The room turned out to be even better than in the pictures. The location is ideal, right on the Royal Mile. Easy to get anywhere. The room was clean, beds were very comfy, all the necessities were provided. Great breakfast starting from 7 am. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Palm Court features afternoon tea and the Bar Prince serves innovative cocktails in a relaxed setting, while the SCOTCH offers over 500 varieties of Scottish Whisky. This hotel is the best we have ever stayed in. the staff was super nice and helpful, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, it is a magnificent building inside and out and the immaculate spaces make you feel like it’s a dream come true. we also had afternoon tea here which is a must! food was of the best quality one can imagine as well as the service and the live music played by a harp player on a small balcony above the sitting room. The friendliness and professionalism of each and every staff member was very helpful. The room was cleaned and serviced twice a day, bed was so comfy you never want to leave it . We were thankfully given a room with a marvelous view to the old town but make sure to ask for it in advance. Definitely stay at this hotel as it is truly an experience to remember!

The glamorous Rutland Hotel has stylish rooms, a luxurious late-lounge, and a unique restaurant with a glass wine cellar. It is situated on the West End of Princes Street, with views of Edinburgh Castle. Perfect place to stay in Edinburgh. You can see the castle from the hotel but you're far enough away to not get caught in all the touristy hustle and bustle. We loved the location. Breakfast was a la carte and really fantastic - best breakfast we had during our whole trip! We also visited the steak restaurant located in the hotel and I can tell you, it deserves it's reputation as one of the best steak restaurants in all of Edinburgh. If you're looking to try some amazing local steaks, then it's the place to go. Pricing was a little on the higher end but we were satisfied with all the services and amenities available. Overall, we would 100% return and stay here again!

The Hotel Ceilidh-Donia is in a quiet residential area, just off Dalkeith Road, a major route into Edinburgh. Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station, Edinburgh Castle and the shops of Princes Street are within a 15-minute bus ride. the hotel was in excellent quiet location, close to centre and with easy access with the bus staff and owners were extremelly welcome and willing to assist at any inquiry breakfast was excellent we suggest it to all who travel to Edinburgh I will surely come back
