View from room was amazing of all 3 bridges. Room is a decent size but not huge for a King room. Good shower but it did leak a little. This wasn't a problem as we just used the towels provided. Breakfast was lovely and overall service from staff members was fab. Staff also helped sort out a taxi at short notice for us. This is our 2nd stay with Hilton at Queensferry and we would definitely return in future again.

Set in a Victorian mansion in 55 acres of grounds, Norton House features a luxury spa, award-winning restaurant and boutique rooms with free internet. Edinburgh is a 20-minute drive, and Edinburgh Airport is 3 miles away.

Staff : went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. After travelling for over 24hrs and landing at 6am the team were able to have our room ready which we were eternally grateful for. We also had a cancelled flight the next morning and there was no problem to book the same room again. (we were lucky enough not to be travelling in peak times for this availability) Food : both breakfast and dinners were fabulous. SPA : I had both facial and massage and they were bliss

I upgraded to a bigger room with a river view. We stayed in Room 5. It was huge! Lovely views from our 3 windows! Lots of tea and coffee. Comfy beds and great seats for relaxing in. Check in was easy and hassle free. Having a car park was great as parking in street would be impossible. Really enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous atmospheric pub/hotel with a lovely relaxed beer garden. The bar itself has a nice cosy, quirky feel to it and would be amazing in the winter months. Our room was nice and airy during a really hot weekend. The hotel is perfectly situated for a day /wknd visiting South Queensferry as it is directly below the railway bridge(surprisingly quiet during the night) you can toddle along the length of the main street and pop into the local bars and restaurants. Amazing stay, we would highly recommend!

The property was very clean and modern. All staff were great and service was excellent. The room was spacious (we upgraded to an executive double) and was lovely with everything you need. The bed was comfortable a little creeky but comfy. We paid extra for breakfast and it was worth the money I have to say it was excellent. We ate in the hotel on the Saturday night and again the food was excellent - we could not fault the food or service.
