This is our go-to accom in Melbourne, close enough to walk from the sky bus terminal but also relatively central, close to trams, Flinders St Station and South Bank. We usually book a 1 bedroom apartment and on this occasion we were upgraded to the deluxe River View apartment, a lovely treat. There is the convenience of all hours reception desk and the staff are wonderful. The care they showed us when my husband had a medical issue was outstanding.

Second time at Quincy, and it won't be the last. We live locally but when we come to Melbourne for food and drinks we like to have a nice place to stay and that place is Quincy.
Came up for my girlfriends birthday and was greeted with a bottle of wine, which was a very nice touch from Tammy.
Can't beat the location and honestly it's just so easy going and relaxing when we stay here.
The location is perfect, right near all the theatres. It's nice and quiet but still in the hustle and bustle . The staff were so lovely. It's was our anniversary and they sent up a complimentary bottle of champagne and a beautiful note. Have already booked 2 more time s to go back. The king executive room was amazing and the bed was so comfy. I highly recommend staying here.
Loved breakfast and staff were very responsive when I requested gluten free bread - nothing was too much trouble
We were also spoiled with a bottle of wine and chocolate when I told reception it was our wedding anniversary which was a lovely gesture so highly recommend it and you have wonderful staff who do you proud
The house is stunning in every aspect. The beds are super comfortable, towels soft and smell lovely. The showers are perfect- strong and hot. The whole house gives a sense of luxury. The house is in a perfect location- close to tram lines and the city. There is a lovely cafe just around the corner and a relaxing pub only a short stroll away. The communication was excellent and our texts and calls were returned promptly. I would highly recommend this property.
Everything was perfect! I even mentioned while booking it was our anniversary and we had a room upgrade, a lovely bottle of champagne with treats and a lovely message from the hotel. Couldn't fault!!! We were also given drinks vouchers to use at la Madonna. There's a reason we always keep going back and recommending it to everyone!
The Grand Hyatt is perfectly located on Collins Street close to theaters and restaurants. It was lovely and quiet, the views over the Yarra River are beautiful and the staff are lovely (gave us complimentary late checkout). The room is well appointed with coffee machine, iron, hair dryer and drinkware. The buffet breakfast is lavish and we spent over an hour relaxing and enjoying bottomless coffee. Would definitely recommend for a romantic weekend away or celebration.
right in the middle of the city, close to all Melbourne has to offer.
The room was lovely - the bed was super comfy (although the pillows a little soft for me), the bathroom nicely renovated and it was great to have a coffee machine and kettle. It was our anniversary and we were upgraded to a Yarra view room, as well as given a bottle of wine - thank you! The included breakfast was delicious, with a large selection of dishes.
As it was our 25th Wedding Anniversary, James upgraded us to Room 1502, which was amazing. Very comfy bed and very clean room. Amazing view. Complimentary drink on arrival was a lovely gesture and a bottle of wine for our Anniversary was so thoughtful!
