Main street next to hotel makes it a bit noisy but not too bad

All the staff is super friendly. We stayed here twice and stored our suitcases while going to Sapa for a few days. When coming back we could check in early and they gave us some tea and fruit while waiting. The room is very clean and location is good too, you cross a pedestrian bridge and are right in the old town. Also appreciate the list with restaurant recommendations you get from the reception. Can't recommend this place enough. ☺️

It was a bit out of the old quarter but only a quick walk over the foot bridge.

Engaged the massage activities for my family. Felt slightly uncomfortable with one of the staff not wearing mask and sneezing/coughing constantly throughout the massage.

The staff were polite and friendly throughout my stay. They could also converse well in English, which helped a lot. The room and toilet was clean, and breakfast was decent. A 10-minute walking distance or 5-minute car ride to Old Quarter Town area (very near).

We reached the hotel at 4am, they kept the room for us and extended one hour checking out time for free . We loved the room Deco , friendly staff and breakfast. One of the staff even goes the extra mile by helping me to get some personal staff from the local provision . Appreciated and good job . Recommended.

The room can get abit cold during the winter season; I recommend asking for another blanket to compensate. A few honks from the highway just beside the hotel can be heard in the room.

Room was beautiful and very big. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. They were quick to assist any of our needs (providing umbrellas when it was raining, booking taxis, laundry service, etc), they're the first person we go to for anything. The location is very near the old quarter, just one bridge away. And this actually works very well since it can get a bit tricky getting a taxi when you're inside the old quarter. So staying outside benefitted us pretty well in the days we wanted to go elsewhere.

Not exactly about the property but the location - although is really close to everything, the traffic is super noisy so that bothered a little at night. The staff made everything humanly possible to make our stay super comfortable but I think it’s important to mention this in case you are light sleeper.

The staff, the breakfast, the excursions, the spa. If you arrive earlier than your check in time, strongly recommend to kill some time with a massage.

My room was facing the big road so it was noisy all the time.

One of the rooms we booked was facing the main road and was extremely noisy throughout the night. The masseuse did the head snap and it's been hurting ever since when I tilt it to one side. (It's been 3 days.) Maybe ask him not to do the head snap as it can be dangerous but that goes for any masseuse. Bring cash for tip on you as we didn't have cash on us when asked, so we were asked to leave tips at the reception and then forgot.

Very professional staff, amazingly comfortable rooms and bed. The decor was lovely and breakfast was very tasty and a good selection was available. Situated just on the edge of the Old Quarter and whilst it’s on the main road the hotel has pretty good sound proofing. A great place to stay

The location is a bit less nice, you have to cross a bridge to get to the old quarter. For us this was not an issue since we already spent some time in the center of the old quarter but it might not be the best place if it is your first time visiting.

Nice room with window. Staff was really great. They went out of they way to arrange for washing our clothes just within a few hours. Bed was comfortable.
