Everything is super good, staff are helpful, Pepper organised a really good tour to Ninh Binh for good price and was very helpful. Breakfast staff were lovely and the food was good.

The location is really convenience to go to Hoan Kiem Lake and others. The foods of breakfast is ok . Really thank you Pepper , she is really helpful and friendly, funny. She has already offered us a lots during the time we stayed here…The provided tours to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh was so good. The service is ok. The hotel will be recommended ^^ See you guys 🥰

Everything in this hotel is so nice especially, Hotel manager Pepper is the best hotel manager I have ever seen in my life she is always smiling, caring and she can speak English and my favorite language Korean very well, Vinh is Handsome , Giang is a good boy and he is very hard-working. Ly is such a lovely lady who can make you feel happy everyday, Nam is a bad boy but helpful and very smart he knows everything about science and technology. Trang is the best MasterChef in the restaurant on the fifth floor with many specialties made by her in a unique way that she is the only one who knows the distinguished recipe. Everyone in this hotel is unique and special.

Lily was very helpful, from our request to check in early, booking our tours and making sure it is worth our money. Lily also took care of our breakfast for our early trips and making sure we are comfortable. The location is great its near all tourist spots and great food spots.

The bathroom, they dont have separate for the shower, so the water is stagnant.. that's the only one. But over all the room was great, clean and good..

When I arrived last May 31 2024, i absolutely like the place, it's in the center of old quarter,near to all the establishment, to the stores, coffee shop and restaurants..you can take a walk and roam around the place. Plus the all staff, they are all kind and smiling (referring to Pepper) shes so accomodating. I booked for 6 days for free breakfast, and I really love the food. ( Buffet and chicken noodle).. recommend place.🥰

Very accessible and convenient. All the attractions are of easy reach. Staffs are very friendly and even recommended good places to go and eat. Special mention to Leo,Pepper and Chang. Highly recommended, we’ll book again on my next trip.

Right in the heart of the old quarter. Staff was great. They even gave me a free upgrade to their family room which was nice and big with a big bathroom. Beds were comfy!

The location was a 10/10 you were on the middle of everything. Leo (the receptionist) was a great help as well, he arranged my trip and transportation to Ha Long bay for a pretty fair price the night before at like 12 am very last minute, he also arranged and postponed my airport transport as well. He was very helpful, patient and efficient. The room in the other hand, i think it could be improved, there was barely any water pressure in my shower, a bit small, the window was blocked by some tin. Oh the breakfast however was pretty good considering what you pay. In general I think the location and the service is a 10/10 but the room facilities are a 6/10, nevertheless for what you pay and the location i think it’s pretty good. You could definitely get way better rooms somewhere else but you would have to sacrifice being this much in the center of the old quarter. Maybe because I booked it late you could find a better option but up to you.
