Breakfast can have different types of food but it is not a big problem.

If I want to describe in one word it is amazing. Everything was perfect with this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the city center, so you can go everywhere by walking. I used their airport transfer, Ha Long bay tour and got their recommendations about the city. I highly recommend this hotel, you will get more than what you paid. Thanks for all.

The staff especially David, hotel personnel.m, he is very friendly and accomodating! Another one is the hotel buffet breakfast, they serve vegetarian options. Very close to everything - food , shops, and tourist spot.

Nothing to complain about — this is a good value for money hotel experience.

The staff (Mr David in particular) were outstanding and couldn’t do enough to make our stay fantastic. They even arranged a memorable massage at a nearby spa for us. Breakfast was enjoyable too. Location is great to explore the old quarter.

For the activities I’ve received a lot of help from David. He helped me think out my itinerary and arrange it all. It’s a bit more expensive than the deals on the street, but I think it’s very helpful to have the assistance and advise from David - a very nice hard working employee that you can find on the same floor as the reception. The hotel is very central in Hanoi, what makes it easy to reach the sights nearby. The Pickup service at the Airport worked without any troubles and realy helped us after a long flight. Managers and service are very polite and helped us by choosing and booking activities with a great effort to secure best prices.
