Pool and location just "by the sea" is realy great! Hotel is quiet and nice and John as a manager is wonderful oerson with care of every single client! realy memorable stay . Breakfest is served and nice with coice of appr. 7 type of meals and very nice coffee and tea. for me relaxing 10 from 10!

Nothing - was perfect!

John’s place was amazing, very quiet location but perfect if your looking for a peaceful get away for a couple of days. Staff were very friendly and owners were more than helpful throughout our few days in Mui Ne organising tours and buses. We had the triple family room which was very clean and beautifully decorated, special touch having a filtered shower head so I didn’t have to worry about dry damaged head. Will definitely stay again!

The only thing to mention is that breakfast does not have many options, but the food is high quality.

The location is very calm and peaceful. The pool has a direct view on the sea, and at the same time has a lot of privacy. The staff is extremely kind.

A definite gem in Mui Ne. The hotel is clean, quiet and well maintained. With an ocean frontage ‘Serenity By The Sea’ is an ideal place from which to explore Mui Ne. The manager, John, is a great host and the rest of the staff are equally friendly and helpful.

The surrounding area was still a mixture of quiet season and bouncing back from Covid. But this has nothing to do with the hotel, just something to be aware of.

The decoration of Serenity by the Sea is exactly as pictured, with each room beautifully decorated and lined on either side of a beautiful courtyard which leads to a pool overlooking the ocean.

The beach could have been better. For that we would have to take a taxi drive of about 5 kilometers to a sandy beach near by. However, it is good enough for an early morning skin dip.

We really like the cleanliness of the place. The serenity of the surroundings reminds us of our favorite small beach town in the U.S. We also enjoy the hospitality of the staff and owner especially from Phuong and John.

The property had a great central location, stunning pool, great facilities and super helpful staff. The breakfast was yummy and the staff could not have been friendlier to us throughout our stay. The hotel itself is a little old.

A nice hotel with an exceptional location right on the beach. The hotel itself is not new and I was imagining how it might look with a major renovation. The breakfast was okay and the rooms were average. I asked for an ocean view room and paid extra for it. I asked for a discount but was not given but we paid the extra amount and stayed in the room with a sea view. Very clean. Many nice spots to eat nearby especially the seafood restaurents.

The combination of the incredible pool, John's and his family exceptional customer service, and the overall beauty of the hotel made it an unforgettable stay. The hotel was really cosy and had a very relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. I enjoyed the breakfast and the size of the portions was just right for me. The bedroom was large and comfortable with everything I needed. It was also nice to have a table outside the room where I could relax. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

We have been greeted by John, who is very kind and friendly Host. His hotel is located directly by the sea and is very cleen and the rooms are not noisy. The whole staff is extremly friendly and helpfull. A place worth recommendation for 100%. Location is very good, there are many shops and restaurants in very close area.

The hotel is small and intimate, but the rooms are large and beautifully decorated. The staff are friendly and welcoming - we felt very much at home. The hotel is close to restaurants, spas etc. and there is a convenience store next door. We had a lovely three days in Mui Ne thanks to John and his family.

Breakfast was a bit patchy and thin. Bed was too hard and AC was too cold. Tried leaving the balcony doors open at night to catch the sea breeze but got invaded by bugs and than the neighbour left their balcony lights on and attracted every bug within 10km.

Beautiful property, well located, glad we paid extra for the seaview balcony room. Most of the best bars and restaurants are within about 1 km. Two decent bars either side of the hotel. Easy to rent a scooter.

If you're looking for a nice big beach to walk around, this isn't the place. The beach was small and narrow. Stone steps went practically straight into the ocean.

The hotel lived up to its name. Peaceful, beautiful, relaxing, and special lounging by the pool. Amazing to see the beautiful sea, feeling the warm breeze, and hearing the surf while soaking the sun or under the shade. The interior was amazingly well kept and had the atmosphere of being somewhere in the Mediterranean. Great use of space and the furniture was light but comfortable. Rooms were really clean and well kept. Enough privacy for the family but still able to meet other guests. Staff and owners provided great service and attention to the guests. Helped me get a good scooter rental when I checked in. Good advice on where to go and where to avoid the police. Location was really convenient. Nearby many shops and Mui Ne eats. Not far to go by scooter to the well known seafood restaurants and popular food courts. Lots of ATM and massage spa places within walking distance. Bonus having a 24 convenience store next door.
