United States of AmericaThe information online does not match the reality at all. The front desk clerk was so abrupt, she asked and took my ID and card told me that my room was upstairs. When I got to the room it was falling apart and with no refrigerator. I took pictures and went back to the clerk who told me that she is aware that the room needs repairs so I won't be charged, and she don't know why they posted that the room came with a refrigerator because it doesn't. 😒 overall I was grateful for the place to rest for the 2 nights. And I must add that they are not 6, but 9.5 miles from the space center.
The only thing I liked was that I was able to rest my head for the night.

I did not feel safe, the place looks rundown. Not a place to bring your family. broken mirror in the bathroom. not very clean.

The outside of the building and lobby look nice. The staff is friendly.

United States of Americawhen we first walked in the light by the bathroom did not work, wash clothes in the bathroom had a dark stain which were suppose to be clean. the plug covering on the wall was off, the curtains was all torn down, chair the bed near the window needed updated. the tv did not work all weekend and the cable was out. walls needed repairs. There was also extension cords running to the fridge and microwave to keep it going. mattress was stained on both beds and the windows needed cleaning bad. And I had an allergic reaction to the sheets on the bed because there was two much Clorox in the sheets and you could smell it. had to sleep on top of covers with a blanket.

United States of AmericaThe shower had a significant leak and some mold in the caulked areas, the carpets were dirty, and the furniture was broken which made things feel a bit run down. The picture on the wall was molding from water damage. Outside the room, the carpets and walls were dirty. It's a worthy stay, but everything could really use a good scrub and some general maintenance.
Fantastic staff, very comfortable beds, clean linens, good temperature control in the room, working refrigerator and microwave, breakfast was present and edible. Surfaces in the room and breakfast area looked and felt clean.

The breakfast was just ok, not much to choose from! They ran out of milk for the cereal, so the staff had to wait on the other worker to arrive so she could go purchase milk. Juice machine was out of order, snack machines were empty. The bedding was stained! I had to ask for more to change it out however the bedding did smell fresh and clean, but I think it was just permanently stained from constant use. The room was clean. Staff was super nice and helpful. The hallway did smell of cigarettes although it was non-smoking floor, but some things they can't control. Very quiet and peaceful stay overall. Could be a better place to stay with a few upgrades, changes and maintenance.

United States of AmericaWell I didn't like the fact that we had to swap to 3 different rooms. The first room had bed bugs, the second room wasn't clean ( it had grease spots all over the mirrors right above the bed where someone had their head propped up on it, the beds was poorly made, and tv was still on.), and lastly the third room was ok ( except it smelled like cinnamon and I'm highly allergic to cinnamon).
I loved how accommodating the lady at the front desk was. That was the only thing that was good this time. The only issue I have with her is she said she would comp our stay due to the hassle but hasn't yet.

Breakfast cereal was so stale it was non edible. Lobby constantly smelled of cigarettes and Marijuana because of friends of the front desk staff hanging out and watching TV. Very unprofessional!

United States of AmericaThere has been no maintenance to that place in years. there is black spots of mold on the ceiling and walls. The paint is scraped from dark blue walls. There are bugs that get inside (bedbugs) It looks like a non chain hostel, far from the pictures in your web page. Definitely a great location but needs work.
Location and cleanliness. The person that do the rooms is very nice and detail. The products are too strong for not having ventilation. The air extractor did not work, so every time she cleans the room stays with the odor for a long while.
