This is such a beautiful hotel. Our room was tastefully decorated, spacious and super clean. Breakfast by the pool side every morning was lovely - delicious and good variety of choices. John and Trinh (?) are the most gracious, lovely hosts. They even prepared a takeaway breakfast (egg baguette, apples, biscuits, bottled water) for us when we checked out at 6am to catch the bus to Dalat. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Excellent room and facilities at Serenity, staff are all helpful and friendly, very nice stay at Serenity Restaurants and "corner shops" are in walking distances, breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. I would stay here again, just to stay by the pool

Room power is card-operated. That's ok, but when you remove the card, the mini fridge stops working.

Gorgeous beachfront property, beautifully decorated, super cozy rooms and a relaxing sea-facing swimming pool. Tom, the owner, and all the staff, are super warm, kind and friendly. Serenity by the Sea lives up to its name!!

Everything hit the mark for me, Breakfast was nice, location was perfect for what i was after (all local seafood restaurants were within walking distance) John and the team went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. My room had massive doors which allowed for fresh air and perfect air conditioning to combat the hot weather in April.

The pool area was amazing. Hotel was so clean and the staff were so friendly! John was so lovely and he gave us some advice on where to go when my friend had hurt her ankle. We stayed for 2 nights on our travels in Vietnam and this was by far the best place we stayed

Please put in a drinking water refill station and get rid of the small plastic water bottles in the room. All you need are refillable pitchers in the room.

I didn't have a seaview room so missed out on a bit more privacy. All the other rooms face each other across a kind of courtyard.

Immaculately clean room with the highest quality sheets I've ever slept on in a hotel. The pool was sublime especially at night with the moon and stars out.

Fridge went off when key card removed making it difficult to keep ice frozen. Sign in bathroom about needing to save water so towels on floor if wanted changing. However not adhered to. All towels changed every day, totally unnecessary. Room information stated sound proofed rooms but with a room near the road, traffic noise was sometimes intrusive as was live music from nearby venue. The curtains did not block light.

Spotlessly clean throughout. Small and attractive hotel, well designed with attractive pool area. Large pool. Comfortable bed. Always hot water. Friendly staff.

The ocean was warm, but unfortunately, like most of Southeast Asia, there was garbage in the water and on the beautiful beach.

The building is exquisite. As you walk up the front steps you look directly through the hotel, past the pool to the sea. It is breathtaking. We had an ocean view room on the second floor which was about 60% more expensive than a gardenv view room and it was worth every penny. The room was huge and beautifully decorated, with sliding doors to a deck overlooking the pool and ocean. We had Happy Hour there with our friends. The bathroom is really pretty and large, with a walk in shower. The pool is heated by the sun, and I spent ages just lazing in it. When not in the pool, there are numerous lounges in both shade and sun for relaxation. We had breakfast by the pool. Breakfast was made to order and there was plenty of fresh fruit, juice and hot drinks. It was the perfect end to an exhausting three weeks in Vietnam.

It is small- there are no grounds whatsoever. The tiny beach had trash and we wondered why the hotels don’t pick up the trash on their beaches.

The beds are on the firm side

Everything about this property is amazing, especially the pool and deck right at the beach. The views are second to none. Rooms are nicely appointed and AC is very efficient

Clean comfortable rooms with good bathrooms. Walk into the surf before you fully leave the premises. Breakfast. Helpful staff even arranged a scooter for us.

Good hotel, but beach errotion seems to be a problem with the hotel steps ending in the sea.

It is close enough to the sandy beaches but far enough to get only the sea breeze and not sand in your eyes, hair, clothes and everything. The owners were very nice and thoughtful, the breakfast was nice selection with fresh fruit and juice and coffee/tea. The room with the balcony was airy and clean.

The breakfast may be imporved. There are some bugs in the room. I saw a frighteningly big cockroach flying over my bed.

The location is absolutely great! Book a room with seaview and it is definetly worthy of money. The pool is also great. The beach can be visited when the tide ebb and the sand there is very soft. The faciliities around the hotel is great. You can find great seafood restaurants, spa and hawkers around easily. And it is also convenient to reach the Mui Ne town or Phan Thiet city by taxi.
