The room is so beautiful and huge! The beds are very comfy and the toilet are very clean.. the shower was very strong too. My kids enjoy the night here.. we will come back to the same hotel again the next time we come bk hanoi, as we haven't travel much here as we are only here for 1 day after our Sapa trip. The breakfast was good too and its not crowded. Nancy was so nice and helpful. Very attentive hotel staff.

Situated right in the middle of Hanoi Old Town, the Media Central is an attractive hotel with very welcoming and helpful staff. The elevator services all rooms but the breakfast room and rooftop bar are up one or two flights of stairs. Breakfast is not copious but more than adequate. The rooms are well designed and furnished, bed was comfortable too. Good bathroom, shower, etc. The foyer is comfortable and cool, unlike many others in Vietnam. A real oasis after battling the Hanoi heat. The spa is well priced and the staff are experienced and very good. All the staff at this hotel seem to be very happy and enjoying their job. It is a delightful happy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Nancy on reception went above and beyond for us. My partner and I enjoyed an hour deep tissue massage which you receive 10% off as a guest. There is a rooftop bar where you can enjoy a drink overlooking the city. Our room was comfortable but our only window overlooked a service shaft so unfortunately no view. Great location within the centre of the Old Quarter in Hanoi. Many restaurants nearby - we greatly recommend the Vietnamese restaurant located right next door to the hotel

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. They also were helpful when I wanted to use the steam room. I was able to store my luggage with them and overall had a good experience.

It's typhoon time and rains almost all days when I have stayed.

The location is extremely convenient to food, drink, bars and foot massage. Very funny and exotic.

Minimal issues. Bathroom window did not close, staff tried to close this when we arrived however couldn’t fix. We went up to terrace one night about 8pm however seats were put away and not open, not sure if this was just timing or if always closed! Otherwise everything was great.

The staff were so helpful and welcoming, we really appreciated this and they helped organise taxi’s to and from airport. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Close to everything you need, within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great location in the old quarter. Recently refurbished rooms, rooftop bar, great breakfast, great spa and above all great staff who work as a team. Walking distance to beer street, train street, the lake, and great restaurants. Good breakfast choice. Great to have a balcony.

The couch in my room was not the most comfortable, but this was not a major nuisance. Also, it’s a spa hotel but the prices of its treatments are very high compared to what you find in the street parlours.

Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter, though it was always very quiet in my room. It is a small hotel too which makes it all the nicer. Great variety in breakfast options and cool rooftop bar too. I would recommend staying here!

Being on the higher floors the room would get quite hot if you left for the day so you’d need to crank up the AC when you return but otherwise, a brilliant hotel.

Exceptional service. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and spoke very good English. The room was always impeccably clean.

Not a complaint but be aware that the lift goes to the 6th floor and the roof bar and restaurant are on the 7th and 8th floor so just for not so active folks be warned.

The property was immaculate and right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the old town but we heard no street noise in our room. The staff could not have done more for us. They were so polite and helped us to book our train. The breakfast was great. Plenty of choices. I would stay again and highly recommend the hotel. I took advantage of a complimentary massage which was a real treat.
