The hotel is in a great location. you can reach good restaurants, bars and cafes by foot. the room had everything we needed and was clean. the staff is really nice and helpful :)) always answering through whatsapp. we decided to adjust our stay and it was no problem for them. we did also book bus rides to cat ba with them and it was very comfortable and everything went well. we also forget our charger and they offered to send it to our next hotel. we would definitely come back :)

The open shower area in the deluxe double room gets wet all over, would be good if something can be done.

The staff were always attentive, smiling and helpful. The location was great. Good food and shopping all nearby. No problems moving around.

I am vergetarian - it would help if the staff at the Breakfast Counter know the dishes being served in the buffet so they can guide vegetarians as the food labels did not mention (V)

Everything , the location is killer and the room was so comfortable ..... The hotel gets very full so early check in is not possible in the peak season even if you need it .... But I used the waiting time to get a massage at the Spa so it was good

The accommodation is in a very good location and close to many things, with a pleasant nightlife and very safe. Now the best part was the taxi they asked us to take to the airport. Mr. Gioi, from more than 35 countries I have been to, was the friendliest and most fun person I have ever used in my life. I recommend traveling with him.

Nothing. The tours offered are all upscale, so we booked elsewhere, but the hotel itself was fantastic.

Amazing location, beautiful room, friendly staff. Breakfast was varied with fruit and a hot buffet, and the coffee was high quality. Definitely recommend this place for exploring the Old Quarter! It’s a block away from Beer Street and there are tons of restaurants next door, but the hotel is very quiet.

The room was big, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Staff was really nice and friendly and helped us with all the requests we had. We extended our stay for 2 additional nights. On the days we had day trips, they prepared a nice breakfast to take away. The location is perfect. We tried most of the restaurants they suggested, and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Our experience all good!

We booked the junior suite and it was amazing value for money with big room and terrace. Located very central to lake sky bars beer street and shopping. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were extremely friendly. Thank you Nancy and Giang for our smooth check in and check out and organising our same day laundry. So friendly we felt at home

There is minimal soundproofing here like every other hotel in Vietnam, but for the most part it was not a problem and that was fantastic as we were not disrupted by the street sounds.

Hotel is perfect location. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and attentive and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our stay. The room is comfortable, clean & well appointed with the most comfortable bed ever! And the bathroom is heaven (if you've been to Hanoi you know what this means). We originally stayed for 2 nights and travelled onto Ninh Bin but we cut our stay in Ninh Bin short to return for another night at Media Central because we enjoyed it so much. A gem in Hanoi!

No windows in the double deluxe. Booked under premise of a single window into courtyard but was a window that didn’t work.

Water in the bathroom was quite cold all the time. We can not call that room with the view window was to the inner tight alley, so no daylight.

Rooms are renovated and cozy. Everything is clean. Staff is really helpful. We had great massages. Breakfast was delicious and the place is on the roof so with the view. Also the street where hotel is located is quite calm of we compare with others, but all attractions are on the corner.

The breakfast had a decent variety, but the flavours were pretty average. The service was great, though. It’s located in the old town, which is perfect for people who like browsing souvenir shops, but it wasn’t really my thing

The shower was extremely weak making it hard to wash the hair and take a nice shower. Hope this can get improved in the future. Found a big amount of hair on the corner but that might be a small mistake the cleaner person didn’t see. I know it happens, still not something you want to see in your room.

The room was big and nice, convenient location, the staffs were really polite! I would definitely stay there again.

Only our room digital door lock have a little issue, but Nancy will inform technician to get it fix. So all should be fine for the next customer.

The room is so beautiful and huge! The beds are very comfy and the toilet are very clean.. the shower was very strong too. My kids enjoy the night here.. we will come back to the same hotel again the next time we come bk hanoi, as we haven't travel much here as we are only here for 1 day after our Sapa trip. The breakfast was good too and its not crowded. Nancy was so nice and helpful. Very attentive hotel staff.
