Centrally located in Old Quarter. Easy to walk around the area. Great staff, extremely friendly, helpful and hospitable. Always met us with a smile and kind greetings. Comfortable rooms and furnishings. Good breakfast and service. Great spa service as well.

The staff were all so lovely and helpful, the laundry service was so handy and really well priced. There is a rooftop bar and the location is perfect, right in the centre but couldn’t hear any of the noise at night.

The breakfast was poor. The coffee was not hot, coffee mugs were not replaced in a timely manner, refilling of buffet food was very delayed. A total contrast to the rest of the hotel’s function. Not an expected disappointment.

It is historical building with modern facilities inside , right inside old quarter . The best part are the staff , they are so friendly and helpful , make us feel like at home . Breakfast lots of choice and good quality . The taxi arrangements was good and always on time

The "courtyard view" room had a view of the wall so there was no view and no natural light. The music from the rooftop bar could be heard from the room all evening.

There is a rooftop with a DJ on some nights (we were there on Lunar New Year) and the noise goes down to all the rooms. The windows/balcony also doesn't have the best soundproofing, but it didn't bother us too much. It was over all an excellent stay.

One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! Fantastic location, friendly staff, and nice breakfast. The place is very stylish and our room was huge! We definitely felt spoiled.

The hotel was am oasis in the old quarter. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I stayed in 3 other similarly rated hotels in the same area this trip and this was by far the best. Highly recommended.

The media was in a great location, the staff was knowledgeable and helped where ever they could. To the point I felt spoiled. Miss Helen bent over backwards to accommodate us us and booked us into the excursions we wanted at prices we couldn’t get ourselves and even on excursions we felt we were treated special because of her. Miss Ling gives the very best of massages and spa treatments. Miss Ling’s massages puts any other massage I’ve had in my country to shame. I felt like a new person. Miss Ann goes above and beyond her call of duty. The staff is friendly and beyond helpful. I can’t express how happy we were that we picked this hotel for our stay in Hanoi. The breakfast were great as well. I love their Vietnamese coffee!

The room with „window“ is close to a room without window. We had a room, which was facing into the inner courtyard of the hotel. Daylight was barley seeable.

The location is great, only 5 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff are extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Buffets breakfasts are great too, lots of yummy foods. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hot water. Unfortunately we stayed at the wrong day as it suddenly got colder. There was limited hot water -- you had to run it for sometime (10 mins) to allow the heat to start coming through, but the pressure would remain weak. I know it's not fully the hotel's fault and they tried to resolve it for me, luckily we only stayed for 2 nights. The staff excellent customer service was so high, we all tried to see pass the issue.

The service was exceptional. They really go above and beyond and respond to requests nicely. I love the way the rooms were laid out. The shower gel provided smells amazing, the beds were comfortable. The location is very central, being surrounded by spas, food, coffee and markets.

Excellent location in the middle of the old quarter. Staff was extremely friendly and had some good food suggestions. Room was very spacious and clean. The massage I booked in the hotel was excellent, my back felt better than it had in months!
