A few things were not working, tv, fridge and bedside lamps. These should be checked before the room is rented out... however the staff immediately fixed these up for us once we had advised them.

The owner, Tung (not sure if I spelt that right) was very welcoming and always smiling. Other staff were helpful and obliging. Also the owner upgraded our room for free. This was very appreciated.

The hotel is located in the market area. Most of the market is walkable from Hotel. You can easily find a lot of good coffee and food options nearby. The hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are decent sized. The hotel is maintained by a very lovely family. They help and guide you very politely. They don't understand English, so better talk to them through the translator. Breakfast is decent. Value for money.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable for me.

The room was really spacious. The staff were lovely. The location is very central and a 15 minute walk to most things. The air conditioning was amazing.

Very spacious room with all the tourist attractions, restaurants, bars on walking distance. Very good breakfast too with multiple choices. Helpful staff and professional in speaking English. This was my 2nd stay again in this hotel loved staying here and highly recommended for families as the rooms r extremely spacious.

Very spacious room with full glass window. Nice setup and very close to tourist attractions. Banks, restaurants, bars, cafes everything was on walking distance. Good for families too and on very reasonable price. Cold hot water both available and more good there is water pipe beside which is good for Muslims. Breakfast was very delicious along with different variety of fruits. Highly recommended

The people who work here are the cherry on the cake. They are very friendly, polite, helpful and unbelievably attentive. I really appreciated what they did for me during the stay. The hotel is located in a nice street, close by the market and the busy street. Many spas and street vendors nearby. Truly loved my stay here!!!

We liked it all! The only thing that could be improved would be if the fridge stayed on permanently instead of turning off every time the room key was removed. It would work more energy efficiently this way, and also save people from their food items potentially going bad. But overall, zero complaints for this hotel!

The hotel staff were so accommodating and friendly. We loved the large, comfortable room with a great view and excellent air conditioning. The breakfast on the rooftop was a hit for our family, we loved the selection of food.

We arrived @ Van Anh early morning after traveling on an overnight train, we got a very friendly greeting, an early check in with an upgrade and invited to go for breakfast, Staff were always super helpful with arranging Day Tours and orientated to the local areas which was amazing. The Motel is run by a lovely family in a good location and would highly recommend.

I had a midnight flight and asked for a late check out at 9pm which they did but I had to pay for a full night.

The hotel is well located. Walking distance to Ben Thanh market and numerous other attractions and has plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It is a family run hotel and the staff are excellent. Have stayed in HCMC three times before but this will be my go to hotel from now on.

Nice room, nice breakfast and the owner of the hotel is so lovely. He even invited us to stay with him and his friends for some beers and typical Vietnamese food. He and his friend gave us a motorbike tour trough Ho Chi Min City and a day after a friend and his daughter went with us to Mekong Delta. If I ever go to Ho Chi Min City again, I'll stay there for sure. Thanks for everything.

English was sometimes a barrier but some of the staff were very proficient

Great location and lovely rooftop breakfast bar. Staff were so friendly and allowed us to check in very early in the morning after a long international flight with no extra cost. They went out of their way to help and provide us with the most comfortable stay.

This is a family run hotel, we were treated like family, Annie was really helpful and friendly, she even came with us to the port to make sure we got on the correct dinner cruise that her Dad had booked for us. Very much above and beyond.
