Bathroom especially the shower could use a slight upgrade. Shower curtain was old and the bath was not really ideal to stand in

Hotel is in a great location in the old town close to a lot of attractions and bars/ restaurants. Staff were all so attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived and were happy to help with everything. Beds were super comfortable and room was spacious

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel! The rooms were clean and quiet. Many important sights are in a walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They arranged transportation to our next destination. The breakfast was good and with a nice view. We would absolutely recommend staying here. It was a great start for our Vietnam trip!

Mr. Minh was very good guy. He arranged all my internal tour from hanoi in very good price(ha long way,ninh binh, sapa limousine) etc.& also arranged sim card for us with very good 4 g connectivity. I really thankful to all of them. Ms. Hannah & ms. my ,she was also very help full and very cooperate. Actually overall all the person in serene boutique hotel & spa was very nice 👍.I will highly recommend this place to stay.... 👋😊😊😊😍😍

This is the second time we stayed here. Highly recommended. Great location, in a quiet street but still not far from beer street and other restaurants. The breakfast in the morning is perfect, great selection of food. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Amazing location in the old quarter. Plenty of choices of restaurants and cafes to choose from and Atm on the corner of the street. Breakfast buffet by the hotel was delicious and all of the staff were friendly and very accommodating to guests needs. Very easy to book tours through the hotel or any information about the area.

Nothing in particular. We stayed for very little time to notice anything.

We stayed just for a few hours here. Arrived past midnight and checked out by 8 AM to catch our Halong Bay tour. The room seemed small for a large bed and a single bed, but should be spacious if there's just a double bed. The view we had was of the street on which this hotel is. It looked like a pretty busy commercial street which also had some residences, so it wasn't much of a view. The breakfast though was really great. Was even more impressed with the fact that they had both vegetarian and meat options. And this was without us even mentioning any dietary requirements

I really enjoyed the stay at Serene Butique Hotel because of these 2 staff. Alice worked for me even at night time at her home for couple of times to solve my problems. Hannah smiled and helped me always. I think they are the best hotel staff in my life.

Quiet cool spacious room. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Special mention to Minh, super helpful. Great maps offered. Location is convenient for walking the old district.

Breakfast was buffet and was complete, also with the option of ordering Pho. They were amazingly kind with us, as we forgot a watch on the Hotel and did everything on their hand so we could get it back. Thanks!
