We had a very nice stay in this hotel, our room was super comfortable and clean. Our hosts were very nice and helpfull. Unfortunatly we had only one night here, but it was perfect for us. If You want to stay at a safe and nice place without any problem, just stay here. Oh and they have a roof terace, where you can see a lot.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the reception staff who were friendly and efficient. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. They were knowledgeable about the local area and provided excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The level of service I received truly enhanced my stay and made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The rooms at Carillon Hotel were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. My room was spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were of high quality. The room was equipped with modern conveniences such as a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a well-functioning air conditioning system. Our room was a bit on the small side (but I'm sure there are others that are larger) and it needed a fresh coat of paint. Despite that, everything is clean and comfortable. I would stay here again regardless.

As you will see in other reviews, the staff go above and beyond to make your time in Hanoi wonderful. I don't know how they have the energy to treat every person like family! Anything you need, like anything, they will make it happen. The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the location works well for visiting the main sites around the city.
