“The staff and services were very good. At first we were concerned that the location wasn't as good as some other hotels, but the 5 minute walk along the river to the old town was absolutely beautiful. The staff were exceptional and we even managed to hire a scooter from the hotel for a few days. Great value for money and the room was fit for purpose with views to die for. Bonus was having free bicycles to use whenever you like and laundry services right next door. We would definitely stay here again next time.”

“From the moment we arrived at Zest Resort we felt relaxed and welcome. It's in an absolutely gorgeous location that's even nicer than the photos and the staff were incredible, going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and looked after. They have a great restaurant with an amazing breakfast selection and their free shuttle into Hoi An was great as it's a little bit out of town, about 15mins drive to the beach and 15mins to town. This wasn't an issue with us because it was worth it staying in a tranquil and quiet location. The pool was so relaxing and a great place to end the day, as was the spa! Staff were fine with us checking in early and let us use the pool and showers in the afternoon after we had checked out which was very kind. It was one of the best hotel experiences we have had in Vietnam and we were so sad to leave!”
