It is definitely a party hostel - this was fine for us but if you’re not looking for that it might be a bit intense!

We had a great time at Fuse - the room was very good, staff were really fun and helpful and location was great for the old town.

My top bunk didn't have a curtain but I felt so safe and comfortable here, it didn't matter too much! Everything else was great.

If you are solo travelling and you'd like to make some friends, you absolutely have to stay here! I stayed in a female dorm room and it was so clean and spacious. I met so many lovely people and the free shuttle to the beach is the icing on the cake!

A little expensive for the quality of dorm room - the lock on the bathroom door kept breaking and the beds weren’t the best. Only bottom bunks had curtains for some reason?

Really great for organising trips - we did the cycling tour around old town and it was really interesting. Great food and drink downstairs. Staff were super friendly and helpful, gave us some great recommendations for dinner.

The only thing I didn't like was, there are no curtains on the upper beds. Which is kinda weird. But not a big deal, if you are fine with that. And the Hairdryer didn't work.

I really liked how social the hostel is. The evening program is great and also amazing for going partying. But it's quiet, when you go to your room. The rooms are quite big and enough space in the lockers as well. I also loved the free shuttle to the beach a few times a day. It makes it very convenient to do a beach day. The most people of the staff are very very friendly and do they best. I appreciated that! I loved the location, because it's very close to everything. And they have a pool, which is very cool.

- party hostel (and therefore not very social unless you are drinking a lot) - overrated: you pay don't get your moneys worth - upper beds dont have curtains

+ very modern bathroom and nice shower + long check-in hours + free drink if you check-in online before hand + free transfer to the beach (fuse beach hostel)

You can hear noise and music from the bar downstairs until about 11pm at night, it is a social hostel so makes sense, just be aware if you’re planning on getting by an early night.

Staff were all super friendly and welcoming with great recommendations for a solo traveller. Private room was big and comfortable.

Lots of facilities such as tailors, recovery room with ice bath and sauna, indoor pool, free shuttle service to their beach accomodation, etc. Very social vibe due to the many hostel activities

Some night events were at the beach fuse hostel which meant the old town hostel was quiet

Location was good - so close to the old town you can walk everywhere and come and go as you please (no need to wait for shuttles etc)

it wasn’t as clean as we would have hoped. some issues with the tailors downstairs (language barrier was a bit of an issue). indoor pool felt weird as it was basically inside the restaurant/common area

the staff were amazing, they went out their way to make everything perfect for us and whenever we had a question or issue they solved it straight away - massive shout out to Tien, Luke, and Libby!! The location was spot on. we loved the social aspect of the hostel, especially quiz night (best night whilst travelling so far)

There was only one toilet/shower to each room and there was no door on the toilet which proved quite tricky.

The property was in a great location and very suited to backpacking. We met lots of friendly people and had a great time during our stay.

No real seating area to chill out. Pool was a bit useless, inside the building where the restaurant is

She even shared knowledge of travelling Vietnam and how to do things more on a budget! Food was really tasty, great location, comfy beds. The tailor girls making clothes were so welcoming and friendly

Mould growing all over the room! Damp smell. The rest of the hostel was fine! prices at the bar were crazy too. Almost as expensive as European cities!

As much as everything was fantastic, I feel its probably more suited for 20 something year olds. At the ages of 35 and 38 we were the oldest there by far and I felt a bit of a grandma when the pub quiz was still ongoing at 11pm etc 😂

The location was great, the staff were very friendly, airport transfers and laundry were arranged via hotel and both were cheap. The pool was nice and cool after a long day out in the heat. The Room was clean, and I asked for them to do something to help celebrate my partners birthday - they put flowers and balloons in the room at no extra cost. A lovely touch. They also had fair rules in place re no loud noise at certain times - 10pm onwards.

We were staying in the downstairs 8-person dorm room and it had very little natural light and it was extremely noisy. You could hear the motorbikes and pedestrians all night long. Each room has only one bathroom for 8 people, which was only cleaned once a day so it got dirty very quickly, and it also had lots and lots of little flies. The mattresses were a bit hard.

Pool was nice. There was a good vibe at the bar during trivia. It was super easy to book tours/activities and arrange transportation.

My dorm was at -1 basically and it was very dark of course, but not a big deal. The only thing i would suggest really is to check the bathroom for cleaning daily because it can get messy and dirty quite easily with multiple showers.

Property is nice, common area is nice both inside and outside. They organise lots of stuff, so you really have that hostel vibe. Staff is great and I loved the fact that they put your name on the board for arrival and also on checkout they checked on me, which I appreciated. This is what hotels do, greeting guests! Nice touch.

The larger dorm was downstairs in the basement so it smelt pretty bad and wasn't hugely clean. No curtains on the top bunks.

Amazingly social hostel! Lots of events on! Staff are super lovely!
