The staff and services were very good. At first we were concerned that the location wasn't as good as some other hotels, but the 5 minute walk along the river to the old town was absolutely beautiful. The staff were exceptional and we even managed to hire a scooter from the hotel for a few days. Great value for money and the room was fit for purpose with views to die for. Bonus was having free bicycles to use whenever you like and laundry services right next door. We would definitely stay here again next time.

Everything was an absolute joy. The location of the hotel is on the riverside away from the city centre. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony with a view on the river. Airconditioning worked excellent! Next to the hotel there is a motorbike rental place which I highly recommend as its the fastest to the city centre (5 mins drive)

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool was lovely and the view was spectacular. There were bicycles to use free of charge and the property was close enough to old town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

Thought the location was closer to old town, quite a long walk ended up getting a taxi to and from every day. Spa expensive. Laundry prices expensive (got mine done a fraction of the price from the locals next door). It was nice but overall I would probably stay somewhere more central next time for the same price if not cheaper

The hotel was cozy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We booked for two days initially and later extended our stay for another day. Even after checking out and while waiting for a taxi to the airport, we could use the pool, and they even offered us a shower if we needed it. I really liked the bathtub, which was large and made of marble. They have a fantastic pool: every evening after our daily excursions, we would spend our evenings by the pool. The water was fantastic, and it was peaceful. It was perfect.

Chair in bedroom up to desk needs a back on it it was like a stool, distance from centre of Hoi An was quite far to walk for anyone less able to, it wasn’t a problem for us.

Lovely room with balcony over looking the river. Very comfy bed I slept well. They make the best cocktails and smoothies, good choice of food for breakfast in a lovely dining room.

The Vietnamese coffee that’s in the room and served in the restaurant is not to the taste of Westerners.

Nothing to dislike!

I never give a 10 rating, but, for the price, Lantana comes very close to it. We came here from the noise of the other side of time and it was beautifully peaceful. We paid to upgrade to a room with a view of the river, and it was so worth it. The hotel has just the right amount of a slightly old fashioned quaint feel. The staff are incredible and very kind - the lovely Wendy insisted on making my husband a ginger tea when he was not well. The hotel has very good quality bikes that you can borrow - they don't have gears (no hotel bikes here have gears) but they sail along very nicely. Food in the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. If I was coming to Hoi An again, I wouldn't even bother looking at any other hotels.
