It was set back from the main road. The 'grab and go breakfast' was a disappointment. It consisted of 3 fruit cups, 3 cartons of milk, stale bagels and cereal with a bowl of apples. I was expecting a little more. The morning front desk man was a little rude.

It was fairly close to where I needed to go. It was set far back which was a pain.

The rooms could have been a lot cleaner. The location was in the middle of nowhere . And the place was dirty & smelled like paint . A lot of construction & remodeling tools laying around everywhere . Just not the best time to pick that hotel .

It is extremely difficult to locate at night. The location is close to the airport, but in a remote area that is far from exit 58 on a steep, winding, dark road. Even the GPS system didn’t locate it correctly. Also, this hotel is in need of a major updating everywhere, rooms, foyer, hallways, elevator, etc.

Room #1 microwave & fridge Room #2 fridge only Room #3 No fridge No microwave. All exact type of rooms requested but all 3 didn't have same amenities. Decor and bedding in need of updating. Check out wasn't as pleasant as check-in. Orange Juice had gone bad for 2 days in a row. 1st Football game of the season weekend.....Hotel fully booked ✔️ but the lounge is closed. Smh Hotel not aware of MAJOR area events.

Check-in was easy, fast, and friendly. My group of rooms were close to each other. Hot coffee and flavored creamer. I'm a Travel Agency Owner/ Agent and I look for properties to recommend to my clients. This location was reasonably priced with no frills.

No clean towels each night in the room… I understand you have to ask for me it’s service, but I would’ve expected just clean towels to be left outside our room. We had to go down arriving home after 11 PM to get clean towels for the next morning which we left at like 6 AM.

First night at midnight after working many hours we had kids knocking at out door claiming to be staff…second night around 1230 am again after working long hours a couple was flighting so bad we had to call the front desk ..,it made it impossible to sleep

The room wasn’t the cleanest, and our room was not cleaned after our first night, so we had to live with the full trash cans overnight. The room sleeps four yet they only give you 2 towels. We asked for more towels, but never got them until we went to the front desk to ask. The breakfast should probably not considered a breakfast. The coffee was room temperature, and just was not that impressed overall.

The bed was comfortable, the cost was low. Would have probably preferred to spend more money to stay somewhere else. We had 2 rooms for our family of 8, and requested adjoining rooms but were not given what we requested even though one of our rooms adjoined to another. We had to stay across the hall from each other.

A little dirty, good enough for a short trip though. Shower curtain did not work with keeping water inside the shower. Some light fixtures did not work properly. Front desk staff was nice though.

The building itself was in need of repairs. The bathrooms in the lobby has water leaking from the walls so the floors were covered with water. The entire building had the smell of water damages that were drying. They attempted to deodorize the guest hallway and rooms but it was evident that the odor was still there. I understand the rate was surcharged due to the event in the area but the increase did not meet the minimum standards that a property should charge. I would have been ok with paying the standard rate with these issues in place.

Location wasn't the best. I would not have been able to find it without my GPS. Free breakfast was terrible. The room smelled mildewy. When I asked for a crib, it looked like they have never heard this request before.

the shower in our room had a broken knob and the shower curtain rod wasn’t mounted properly as it was coming off the wall.
