This hotel is just perfect, extremely clean with friendly staff. Breakfast was also great. Would definitely recommend for a solo trip. I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights and it provided me with an amazing base to explore Lisbon on my holiday. I liked how easy it was to operate the air-con unit as well to get the room lovely and cool during the recent heatwave of 30+ degrees. There are a couple of supermarkets not too far away from the hotel so it's easy to stock up on drinks and snacks.

There was a foul pervasive SEWAGE smell coming from the shower in my room 303! I told staff right away, they seem to be aware of this ongoing problem, and told me they didn’t have any other rooms available. I extended my stay for one night and the next room did not have this issue. THANK GOD! Would have been five stars all around if not for the Sewage problem.

Exactly as pictured on the website! Chic decor! Very well appointed room with lots of space, a desk, kettle and mirrors! Clean sheets and linens with the hotel logo! And there was always staff at the desk to answer questions! The breakfast bar was clean, bright and well-stocked. Same selections daily, but everything was tasty and fresh! There was no balcony in my first room, but you could open the door and window for fresh air. The second room was smaller. But had a cute balcony facing the backside of the hotel. The location was great as well, easy to get taxis/Bolt, one block walk to the metro and lots of shops around. Overall WONDERFUL experience!

The room was clean and for us, it had a good size (travelling with a big backpack and a small suitcase). The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The location is good, close to the green metro line, but it is also possible to walk to the center. We liked our stay in this hotel.

The room pictures seem bigger than reality. The room is quite tight and small for 2 people and luggage! If you are travelling with 23kg of luggage, it is impossible to stay in a standard room.

Breakfast was incredible, very good cleaning room service, and they changed the towels every day. I consider one of the cost-benefit hotels with a good location. everything was clean and smelled good. Great Place to stay!

The walls are thin and we could hear the neighbours talking even late at night. We were on the first floor, so noises from outside was also audible. The fridge was very loud, we had to unplug it. The room could be a little bit bigger.

The breakfast was excellent, the room was of decent size, the bed was comfortable, the location is good as the green metro line and tram 28 are both about a 2 minutes away..

They only provide one room key which turns on the electricity in the room. If you're staying for a longer period you'd want your room to be slightly cold especially now that Lisbon's weather is starting to heat up.

We booked the hotel for one night as we had last cancellation on our previous pre-booked accommodation. Finding this saved us a lot as the price was reasonable enough. The place can be pretty compact but has everything you'll need for a few nights if you stay longer. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is great, they even have bidet. The entire hotel is pretty small but the staff is accommodating. We checked in at 10pm and it was hassle free.

Would have liked bottled water replaced on daily basis. No milk for coffee and no English tea bags in room. Plenty of nearby supermarkets for buying own milk and water.

Clean and comfortable room. Air conditioning included. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast choices. Good location. Great restaurants nearby to cover all tastes and prices.
