The service and organisation was very poor. I had checked in online before I arrived via a link sent to me by the hotel but when I got to the hotel they had none of my details stored, I had to go through the check in process again. They also had no concierge so you have to carry luggage etc to the room which is a bit of a walk from reception through a courtyard. Given the cost of the room at circa £800 a night this was surprising. Also they made several ad hoc charges to my credit card without sending me any associated invoices. Overall I do not think the service and facilities are worth the cost. Disappointing.

The property is in a good location near South Beach. The pool was lovely as was the Lido restaurant.

This used to be a child-free property. From the minute I checked in and through the weekend all I heard were children running thru the property - I was there for a relaxing weekend, and that was not quite achieved. The hamam was so incredibly loud, it was not what it used to be. The property used to be a tranquil place, except for the pool of course, and it is nothing like it was. I don’t think the place is worth the stay anymore. The Spa and the staff are wonderful, tho.

Rooms are basic and not great value for money. It’s marketed as adults only but we regularly saw crying children around the pool.

We had one of the simpler rooms and they are rather small and not updated as the rest of the spaces of the hotel. The bathrooms was old and with little space available.

the rooms were tiny and the environment was so loud that does not really resemble a spa environment

the pool and access to water was nice, the jet skiers were dangerous tho if u intend to paddle board into the water

The base room is very small, we upgraded to a larger room mid-stay.

The grounds are gorgeous, spa is incredible and open to all guests, pool is great but gets a little busy on weekends.

I knew from the reviews that the rooms were small, but I just didn’t realize how small they would be.

Bizarre almost $50 minibar charge for beer, when we didn't take anything from it. So far, they've refunded the beer charge (I don't drink) but there's still 15$ outstanding. Waiting to hear back....that said, I shouldn't have to deal with this (had to ask for folio again, as it still didn't arrive for 24hours after checking out and that's when I saw the charge).

Room was exactly as advertised. Great bed. Really fun property.

Very healthy food, no ice cream!

We loved the pool area and the wonderful garden. The staff, especially Taryn, were exceptionally helpful. We were by far the oldest guests and Taryn and all the staff looked after us with great care. A fun, happy and a place where anything goes - fantastic, I felt young again.

we got the cheapest room granted, but it was a little small and basic. no loads of space or as inspiring decor as the rest of the hotel but still comfortable and modern. also not sure if it was the time of year we went (weekdays in November), but it felt like it was mainly people working on their computers around the pool and having business meetings, so there wasn’t a very fun party vibe, it was quite serious.

Absolutely gorgeous grounds, the gardens and pool area we’re just stunning. the sun set everyday off the peir and it really is the most beautiful place. the decor too is very very cool.

some of the staff and very aloof and unfriendly. (Girl at reception )Also on booking.con it said I would have a bath but I was given the worst room with no bath so I had to pay for an upgrade. Also watch you don’t get locked out of the room when using the outside bath as the door closes automatically and there is no door stop. Also there were no products for the bath only attached to the wall inside. Also I got lost with my big case trying to find the room as I couldn’t get a member of staff to show me where to go. frustrating after a 10 hour flight!

There was a major hiccup on arrival as my booking was cancelled. Apparently some sort of issue between Booking and the hotel. I didn’t quite like the way it was handled by most of the staff except for one gentleman that was working in the afternoon that I found very helpful. The rest of the staff seemed totally oblivious of how much stressful it had been. My room was close to the bar and the AC unit so noisy.

I enjoyed the location and to be on the ground floor. The pool was nice.

Check in is always late…

My husband and I stay here every time we come to Miami. As soon as you walk up the pleasant aroma that wafts throughout the property hits you and you know you’ve arrived! (They sell the candle, get one!!!)

Front Desk/pool staff could be more attentive and do a better job of remembering guests that are staying at the hotel to avoid asking them for their rooms a million times. it is tacky
