I just wished the room had a window with a view.

When I hurt my back from an activity in Luang Prabang, the owner did her very best to help me call a tuk tuk to the hospital and back. She also convinced the driver to not charge me too much as I didn't have much cash with me also. On a side note, the location was very near to nearby eateries, cafes and temples, and also the Mekong River.

Location was great. The staff were very helpful. We were very grateful they helped us get 4 tickets on the train to Vientiane, when online avenues said tickets were sold out for two days.

Something that would be nice to offer in future would be to have bedside lamps, and a dish for the bar of soap/cup for your toothbrush in the bathroom.

Everyone running this guesthouse are just so incredibly warm and kind. The room was very comfortable, cosy, clean and good value. The location is perfect - what a stunningly beautiful area, with so much to see and enjoy in walking distance. There is free water and tea for guests and a great laundry service. They helped booking day trips and tuk tuks. Enjoyed the talkative little cat on the balcony :)

Lovely staff, always very available and friendly, the room was clean and comfy, and very quiet at night. The balcony upstairs for breakfast and chilling is cute and has books to borrow.

The staff were so lovely and helpful, they organised our motorbike rental and our train tickets (much cheaper than 12go Asia!) The guesthouse is very cute and on a really cute alleyway.

Definitely nitpicking because this was a great stay. The bed was a little bit hard for me (but if you prefer a firm mattress you’ll be fine) and sometimes you went to the front desk to find the owner’s son playing computer games.

I had a great stay here! The location was perfect, walking distance from everything in the Old Quarter and right between the river and the main street. My room was quite large especially for a solo traveller and very good value. The family that runs the guesthouse is very sweet and helpful. The laundry service was the quickest I’ve experienced so far. definitely recommend this guesthouse if you’re planning a trip to Luang Prabang!

A litte fridge in the tea coffee station on the deck would be super helpful or a board and a knife to cut up fruit!

We loved Apple guest house, it's located right near all the action in Luang Prabang and so you can walk everywhere! The room was tidy clean and tastefully decorated. We loved that there was a shared deck/lounging area with tables and chairs and tea and coffee. Good for sitting up doing late night bookings and blogging while the kids slept. The cute family who owns it was super helpful and obliging. Sometimes you'd pop down and the young son was manning the desk playing computer games, but it didn't mattter as someone who could help you was not far away!

Staff were so lovely and helped us arrange transportation to Vang Vieng. Great location by the river and close to the night markets. Our room was so cozy and comfortable that we ended up staying another night!

Conveniently located within walking distance of the river and Main Street. Clean room with plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. Comfy beds and great AC and a fan too. Staff were friendly and we left our luggage until we were picked up late afternoon. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We also stayed in the smaller room for a night and it was also quite nice but not nearly as nice as the bigger room. No real complaints though, all the rooms were nice

Such a cute guesthouse with really kind staff and a great location. We got the bigger room and it had a balcony and nice bathroom and large bed, well worth the upgrade. Also included free water (hot or cold) from dispensers

We loved everything about Apple guesthouse! we were welcomed warmly and helped with everything. The location is incredible, 1 minutes walk from the Mekong river bank, just a couple of minutes walk from the temples and monasteries. We had a triple room. the beds were super comfy and the room was spotlessly clean with a nice modern bathroom with hot water. We had well functioning aircon, ceiling fan, and fridge. in the room we had an information pack which was excellent- describing how to access all the sights, a walking tour, as well as recommending local restaurants and businesses. There is a lovely shared terrace where you can make tea/ coffee with filtered water to refill your bottles. We also used their laundry service which was very reasonably priced. The location is very near a range of cafes and restaurants, there is something for every budget. we stayed 4 nights - we wanted to stay longer but they were booked out! we highly recommend Apple Guesthouse.

Very friendly & knowledgable staff. A peaceful & relaxing rooftop area with free tea & coffee. Large comfortable room. Very central location, so many cafes & bars, the early morning monks procession, the night market plus the river within a couple of minutes walk.
