We really liked it all.

We loved the warm welcome we received, our spacious and prettily decorated room with comfortable beds, the easy-to-use room temperature thermostat, lovely breakfast In a very pretty room. We enjoyed the location on the beach and the feeling of being near the ocean and its wildlife. The staff was welcoming and helpful when we had questions and helpful with local places to eat and directions. The photos on the walls explaining its history we found interesting.

Overall. the ''look and feel'' of the rooms is a bit outdated, however very clean.

The breakfast =Great, with a variety. Delicious muffins! Beach = Amazing! Clean and walking distance from site Location= Amazing and free parking. Quiet, relaxing and great settings. Great services and hospitality! The team is very generous and super nice. Room= Very large room, comfy bed, and the view from the balcony is spectacular!!!!

There is nothing we didn't like

The Seaside was so much more than we anticipated! From the moment we walked in, we were meet with the friendliest lady who made us feel so welcomed. We were given homemade muffins and coffee to take to the room. The rooms and interior space are not updated or modern, but they are so comfortable and clean... We just love this place. They offer free bikes to borrow too. And breakfast was perfect for us and all homemade. The location couldn't be better... We were able to walk to enjoy the beautiful landscape and then either ride bikes or drive the short distance to "town." For our first trip to Kennebunkport, this was the perfect place to stay. We will definitely be back!!

Lots of signs posted throughout the property telling you what you can and cannot do. The decor was dated, but that also made it feel like Maine.

The Seaside Inn is a quaint hotel located within walking distance to the ocean. The decor is dated but the room was very clean, plus the bathroom was updated. Breakfast surpassed our expectations! My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay.

The bed was too hard for my liking. I need a soft bed. The linens were perfect for the bedding and bathroom. I just need a softer surface to sleep on.

Location to the beach is excellent and private. There are bikes available for use which was a nice perk. I found it very quiet. The location to town is very convenient.

The tub drain was blocked/clogged when I showered but could easily be fixed.

The breakfast room is charming and the location was perfect for the wedding event I was going to as well as being right there at the beach.

Lack of gluten-free breakfast options.

The Seaside Inn feels warm and homey, which we love. It's right on Gooch Beach, love being able to have it so close by! We were so lucky to get a room mid-week in the summer; and didn't mind the garden view, as it was lovely. We've been here before and loved it. The beds were beyond comfortable, room was located close to office, so easy access to breakfast, which was very nice but would have liked more gluten-free options. Staff was all very friendly! It was only 20-25 minutes to Ogunquit Playhouse, where we were seeing a play. We also enjoyed the second story hot tub while listening to the ocean. Sigh.
