It was noisy outside and unfortunately the windows didn't block any of the noise out but that was it.

The apparent noise curfew. Considering the property is on a main road with bars and clubs open most of the night it seems a bit redundant

These are not meant as negative comments just a heads up. The stairs to the apartment, oh my, a cardio workout. We did get used to them, but do take into account for older people or if you need to take a lot with you. Then the stairs within the apartment, again take care, we 4 all in our 70's managed but were very careful. A suggestion, the bathroom is good. but could do with somewhere to put clothes pre / post shower. The en-suite bathroom wasn't really usable for anyone other than the occupant of that bedroom, as it was only separated with a curtain. Again the room was gorgeous and the bath looked very inviting but difficult to use in someone's sleeping zone.

The apartment was a brilliant location to walk to all of the attractions and enjoy Bath' s many outstanding venues. The apartment was clean, light and airy, and had everything provided for a comfortable stay. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, especially after a long day of exploring. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was great having the dining room close at hand good for a chat whilst preparing a meal. The roof top terrace was a wonderful space for an evening g tipple and relaxing In the sun. Downstairs shower room/toilet good size, brilliant shower.

It's on the top floor (no lift) which was fine for us but maybe not suitable for elderly. There was nothing we didn't like about this apartment.

Location was perfect for restaurants and for a short walk to the centre. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. All information provided beforehand was very clear.

The apartment which absolutely beautiful and the view was incredible. Right in the heart of Bath but when your in the apartment you feel you are in your own little bubble. Beautiful bath that overlooks the view. Highly recommend and great communication with owners.

The ensuite toilet was unusable, but the toilet downstairs was available. The problem was found by us when we checked in, and after the tradesman came in to diagnose the issue, it was determined that a part needed to be ordered. On the first evening at 8pm, a high pitch whine noise from outside the window started. It was loud enough that we couldn't keep a window open as the sound persisted all night and for the remainder of our visit (2days). It sounded like a high speed ventilation fan, but was very difficult to pinpoint. Unfortunately, it was out of Brett's control but it will impact future guests if it's not dealt with.

Bath is a beautiful yet very tourist-y town. The buildings and surroundings are beautiful and just knowing that the Royal Court, in the 19th century, stayed here for the baths is apparent as you walk around. The apartment is large, spacious and the basket of breakfast items was wonderful. Brett was easy to communicate with and unfortunately, we needed to do it a few times.

The lock does need seeing to, but if you take your time and turn slowly anticlockwise to lock you can work out how to use the key so it catches.

What a find! I must say I felt a tad spoiled staying at the rooftop apartment on my own, on my most recent trip to Bath. It was a very comfortable apartment with the added bonus of seeing the sun set each night over Bath. Makes my working week feel a little less like that. As I can compare with a good 80-100 accommodations in the past few years in Bath I can definitely say the king sized bed in the ensuite room was one of the most comfortable I have stayed in, with lovely bedding including a soft down duvet. And (maybe a weird thing to comment on but) the most amazing towels; very large, soft and sumptuous. Great communications from the host, simple clear instructions and the apartment is in a very handy location for exploring Bath. Appreciated the small basket of foodie bits, especially the milk and butter in the fridge. Would definitely stay again and hope next time to bring my partner to share the sunsets.

A few flights of stairs to get into the apartment, but worth it for the views! Also being located centrally, not so great if travelling by car, but to be expected and the host recommended cheap parking which was a twenty minute walk away, or more expensive parking closer by.

The apartment was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The views from the terrace were lovely. The location was perfect, right in the centre and close to local attractions, restaurants and bars.

We had problems with water. The en-suite toilet wouldn’t stop flushing so gave me a bad night sleep and in the morning the shower just dribbled out water. The boiler was really noisy and made sleeping difficult in the other bedroom.

The gesture of the welcome basket was very much appreciated given our late arrival and meant we didn’t have to go out for supplies the next morning. Kitchen could be slightly better equipped, and because of error with dishwasher and microwave, both were tricky to use. That will be sorted I gather for future parties. Electrical error sorted to the best of the managers ability given it was Christmas Eve. Clear instructions on using the property would be helpful, a manual or information on heating and kitchen facilities.

Location and size of the apartment great. Hard work carrying everything up and down stairs but great hallway space top and bottom. Drop off for luggage in street not ideal as busy street for traffic but manageable. Hot water supply good and plentiful.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Bath. Had everything we could ever need for our stay, truly outstanding. The roof terrace provides incredible views over the rooftops of the city centre. The bathrooms were particularly well appointed, proper luxury! Nice large bedrooms and huge lounge with comfy sofas and big TV. So glad we chose this property and if staying in Bath again this would be our first choice. A proper home from home!
