Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesCertain aspects of the property were less than okay. The first room we were shown, called a deluxe Queen, had only one night stand, and a shabby, peeling upholstered chair that looked like it had been pulled out of someone’s trash. We were shown to a new room which had 2 nightstands and one small plastic chair. This is the first motel of this price and amenity rating which did not have a small table and 2 chairs for having a cup of coffee or a light meal. Also, there was no coffee machine. Peeling paint was evident on walkways, bathroom walls and railings.
The Presidio has a great location if you like to walk the pedestrian only section of State Street. The room was updated and spotlessly clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The price was lower than most of the downtown SB motels.

United StatesI arrived around 9pm. Parking is definitely a bit of an issue, and the spaces are super tight. There is literally one spot for each room and not one more.
I was given the wheelchair accessible room. No complains here, because it was super spacious. Very clean room and it looks like, from the pictures, has been remodeled recently. As far as the location, it's great. Close enough to downtown SB where you can walk. You can't compare the price of other hotels to this one. SB is outrageously expensive. But this hotel seems to be a very good value.

The Presidio is conveniently located on State St a short walk from restaurants and theaters. The room was clean and comfortable.

United StatesThe lights are a little bit dim and the wifi signals are not really good, but it's better than not having it at all I guess.
The location is pretty good, close to the beach and a lot of restaurants, but if you want to borrow a bike from them, you need to do it fast since there are limited amount of bikes there. It takes around 40min to get to the beach walking, don't ask me how I know that though :(
