Conveniently located ocean front within walking distance to the pier, mini golf and eating establishments. Nice pool area and a gazebo with view of the ocean. Room was a nice size with mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot(non kerig). Comfortable bed and shower with great water pressure.

Elevator was broken so the steps were kinda a pain but overall was a great stay.

Loved the location and cleanliness. Staff was great and the bartender at the pool was great! Pools and all facilities were clean and accessible.

We’ve stayed here many times during off Seasons but this was the first time we stayed in June. Great location on the beach. However rooms are not cleaned unless you call the desk the night before. Phone and click on room did not work. Elevator was still out of order and even the first floor was 3 flights of stairs up.

Elevators were down, not a huge deal but after you walk them stairs a few times it’ll get ya. The AC unit in our room never got cold it seemed

Coffee was below average, and no flavored creamer. Wish the breakfast had real meats and a glass bowl for grits. But plenty of breads were available with waffles.

Rooms very clean, pool , ocean, oceanfront great. Patio opened up to the ocean, sounded great! Community is quiet and peaceful; definitely for families !

This is our new favorite vacation spot! Perfect location for being close to the beach. We loved being able to just walk right to the beach and the breakfast and service was great! We try to book this place atleast once a year!

Pool side bar could have a larger selection of snacks. The pools looked like they needed to be redone on the bottom.

Could use umbrellas at the pool for shade and hot dogs, burgers & fries at bar. More coffee packs, trash bags & ice bucket liners left in room at beginning of stay. Mark buildings better on the outside of the actual buildings with assigned parking for one car at each building. Take hand soap with you.. provide a pump had soap at stay. Speakers & music updated at outdoor pool. Snack machines. Pull handles on hall doors instead of knobs make it easier to load & unload room. No parking right out side carport areas maybe in between it was hard to get the Tahoe out of spot with 2 large trucks behind me.

Great location & outdoor pool. Friendly staff!! Accommodating when asked for anything. Enjoyed our stay! See you in July! Good parking no across the street stuff. Beds comfy. Great door dash and/or restaurants here and/or dinner or in calabash only 10-30 mins away. Easy trash & towel service. Views great. Bar keep great & personable. Pop & ice machines good. Air conditioner great!

The AC did not really cool the room and it smelled a little musty. The bed was a little hard.

The location was perfect! Literally 2 steps to the beach. It was family oriented.

Sand fleas were awful. Room was okay. Having to climb stairs was little rough, but the front staff got us a room on first floor which was better.

Low maintenance. Breakfast room was well stocked. We only had coffee and yogurt. Most folks seemed to enjoy the waffle maker.
