Wished the rooms / bathroom were a bit bigger and spacious. We picked the second floor since the receptionist advised us it was more private and quieter. We stood for 2 night and 3 days and the one time house keeping came by, new fresh towels were not provided. Also, our shower gel container was empty and was never refilled . Since I brought my own toiletries we didn’t make a big deal about it.

Upon arrival we checked in a little before 4pm which was great. We were offered some Sangrias which were tasty. It was very close to the town, Duval street . Front desk was attentive , shuttle drivers were kind and friendly. Pool was nice,relaxing and clean.

Shuttle services could have been more consistently frequent. instructor led fitness classes would have been nice too, possibly AM/PM yoga.

Food is wonderful-breakfast lunch and dinner. Staff is friendly and professional, and the grounds are clean and well maintained. Fitness center is clean and spacious. The pool and pool area is beautiful.

Rooms were rather basic. Shower curtains too short, noisy airco and low isolation of walls. Fortunately we were not having a room next to the busy road but ours was in a dark blue alley which was a bit creapy. No beach around.For 350 usd per night I think this hotel is a bit overrated.

There seem to be a towel shortage. Had to ask for washcloths two days. Stayed four Nights And I only had a bath mat the last night.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The pool was beautiful. The rooms were quiet, you could not hear guests In rooms next to you.

Pool and meals were awesome! Room was clean and comfy but the bathroom was bigger than the rest of the room. It was kind of dark with Nowhere to sit other than the bed. No hooks for your swimsuits or towels. Other than that it was amazing!!

Our room had two queen beds but was very small for 4 people. Storage space was limited too. The bath area is very outdated but on the plus side, there were refillable shower amenities. There is a daily resort fee of $54 above and beyond the room rate which includes some additional perks like shuttle service, wi-fi and refreshments. I thought that was a bit steep as most hotels have free wi-fi these days and we were rarely there for the refreshments during the day. The food at the food truck wasn’t as good as we were hoping so we ate out mostly but it is open late and convenient if you do not want to leave.

Fantastic pool and outdoor space, very relaxing vibe and friendly bartenders/ pool attendants. Every area of the resort has eclectic artwork, very tastefully done. Drinks were very good and the shuttle service to downtown is a big bonus. There are pool toys and games which was a nice touch. The property is away from the busy downtown area which was great for those days we wanted to relax away from it all. There is a grocery store conveniently within walking distance. The kids had fun observing the iguanas living around the pool area.
