The property is old/dated, unclean in parts, and in need of upkeep, deep cleaning, and/or updating. The ceiling of the pool is flaking/peeling, the fitness center was humid and without fans, the disinfecting wipes container in the fitness center was empty, and the seating in the breakfast area is stained. Breakfast was cheap and unappetizing. I don’t expect a Michelin Star meal, but the eggs and oatmeal were both sitting in water making them soggy and inedible. In our own room, in the ceiling of our bathroom had a plethora of mold spots, the beds were not made very nicely and our comforter had a large split seam. There was garbage behind one of the armchairs and on top of the refrigerator (an inflated balloon, gum, wrappers, a serving tray top) left from a previous visitor, which made the place feel unclean. The couch had a foul odor that was really only noticeable when you were sitting on it (not to be crass, but it smelled like a fart), and overall it just seemed like the room needed a deep clean. We stayed for three nights and ran out of toilet paper before our last night. We asked the hotel staff for more and they said they only had 7 rolls left for the entire hotel? They gave us one, but it doesn’t seem like they’re very prepared. Our trash was never taken out, our towels were never refreshed, and in general there was a lack of housekeeping. Only on our last night did we see a small sign on the bathroom mirror that said we had to request housekeeping services. It would have been nice for them to let us know that at check-in.

The location of the property was perfect; centrally located and not to far from the family we were visiting or downtown Cleveland. The property had a pool and fitness center, which we utilized. The hotel staff was amazingly friendly and polite. We were always greeted in common areas.

A few more designated handicap spots would be suggested.  No fault of the hotel but two nights had to park in rear area and with my severe asthma had head to travel a long way to get to one of the rear entry doors and use my room key; quite tired after finally getting in and returning to room; as mentioned, no fault of hotel.

Room was clean, staff very friendly and accommodating when I needed something e.g. trolley to take luggage to car.

The suite looked as if someone else had used it right before I got there - the shower door was open, and there was a towel hanging from the back of the bathroom door.

The breakfast is quite underwhelming (scramble eggs / sausage/ potatoes are tasteless and dry). Luckily yoghurt-cereals is Ok. For the price i would also have appreciated small bottles of water in the room. There were plates and dish washer but no sponge nor dish water detergent. Location is ok, not that many good restaurants around though.

The reconstituted scrambled eggs not as good that I have had other hotels. Potatoes need a little more seasoning. They were a little bland. Might suggest one of those make your own waffle machines. We have enjoyed those at past hotel as a breakfast option.

Rooms were spacious. Bed was comfortable. Liked outdoor seating area. Breakfast options, coffee, juice good. Staff very nice. Cookie snack.

I didn't like the limited pool hours, that my room key was deactivated before checkout or that breakfast ended so abruptly.

Breakfast was good and the location was fine. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

They were overbooked and told us there were no rooms. This is after I had confirmed the reservation on Friday, October 16, 2024. At 12:30 am, we were told there were no rooms. We had a 2 1/2 drive home and reached our home at 3:00 am. We are not happy with booking.com. The hotel staff said they had no information about us and tried to get it from booking, but couldn’t reach you

Incredibly dirty. Horrible smell throughout the building and in the rooms, likely a deodorizer but instead had a deplorable smell. Had splash stains on the walls, dirty everything, terrible shape. It felt condemned. Front desk wast there when checking in, was not there when checking out, We left minutes after looking around the room. Front desk person was not there at checkout, and honestly we didn't want to hang out there any longer than we had to, not even long enough to complain or check out. We just left. Didn't stay.
