The location and the resort were great

Elevator was a bit sketchy. It worked though. Lobby is completely closed off overnight so the Keurig in the room was the only option. Staff could make a carafe and put it by the vending machine for those up early to fish, etc. The LARGE family in the next room had screaming, wall-pounding kids up until midnight with clearly no attempt to quiet them ( not the hotel's fault obviously but that let me know just how thin the walls were.) Had the lobby not been closed we probably would have requested a room change on this basis. Yeah, there's a number to call but no one wants to be "that guy."

Room was very clean and well kept. Great view! A cozy option. Pool was open and available, playground looked cute, a couple of gazebos right by the water...nice.! A tennis court and bonfire area too. Great for a couple! I would have liked a longer stay to enjoy the facility; as it was only planned for an overnight we didn't get to do much there.

The matress was very soft. Some people are good with that but for those of us with back problems , not so much.

Location was perfect. Staff very helpful and friendly. Beaitiful resort that offers activities for all ages. Would definitely refer others to this hotel.

We had an early morning departure and the main entrance was not open. We were able to go out the side but was a bit more effort.

The staff were great. It was a convenient location and the grounds were great.

I didn’t realize the rooms didn’t have a small refrigerator. I guess you could’ve requested one..

Beds are too hard. Weird having tub in open room. AC was noisy and too close to bed. Tear out weird bath tub and move AC to that outside wall.

The bed needed a new mattress and the jets in bath tub were very loud although I enjoyed taking a bath.

I liked the water front, swimming pools, bond fire, and staff . I thought it was a place to stay maybe just update a few things. The beds, bedspreads, decor and jets in bath tub. I would consider coming back and maybe getting one of the small cottages instead of hotel room. For the most part it met my expectations after seeing the photos on line.

Room view was inner not water view didn’t seem like there were a lot of people either. Room could have a refrigerator since stores or restaurants are not close. Bonfire would have been nice closer to the water way side.

Location (again my fault). Only 2 pillows and they’re not very fluffy. And there was blood on my comforter. They did change it when I told them. And breakfast was not what I expected. The man who checked me in seemed super excited to tell me about breakfast so I thought it was gonna be really good. Mostly cold stuff and there was a worker just hovering didn’t offer assistance to me.

It’s a nice place if your going to spend time there. I was just looking for a place to rest. And read the distance from cedar point wrong. Thought it was 10 minutes but was 10 miles which added up to 30 minutes. The opposite direction of my home. No one’s fault but my own. The pools did look nice and had a nice looking play ground if you have little ones. Beds were a little bouncy.

More hot food options for breakfast. Omletes, waffles, bacon, sausage. And some of the fruit that was put out was bad.

The breakfast was very subpar, we expected more for a resort. No fridge in the room was very inconvenient, especially for a "resort".

I loved the pool, beach and all the outdoor activities available. The staff were amazing.

The halls were noisy. No restaurant at the resort. No refrigerator in the room.

Breakfast was good. I would have liked a meat. Everything was carbohydrates.

I liked the facility I liked the pools I like to the fishing but I didn't like was the size of the room and that they didn't really have that money amenities I mean they had a pool they had other things that was really nice for the lake for people who are fishing or had a boat but not for people who are staying with kids more or less

Beds and pillows super uncomfortable but the staff was amazing. Also guy next to us was smoking in his balcony so couldn’t open our door because all of the smoke was coming in our room.
