Nothing really , just a few minor things. My single bed was a bit bumpy but room was great for single person, bathroom was lovely. I forgot to pre book evening meal so missed out on my evening meal as told they were fully booked. It was a busy weekend, understandable.

Great value, great spa and swimming pool, great location, lovely staff!! Fantastic hotel, very friendly, no fuss. The reception staff were very kind letting me check in a bit earlier and I got a packet of shortbread. Not a routine though as I'd forgotten to bring my chocolate. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room were clean and wonderful thankyou! Very efficient staff and well worth the money.

Nice and clean in a great location. Staff were friendly and there is a free car park if you can get a space.

The property was extremely old fashioned The reception staff were polite but didn’t further any conversation Breakfast was too quick We were not asked how Breakfast was ? If we’d like toast ? Coffee tea refills not replenished Not aware that we could help ourselves to drinks cold breakfast Sure the staff could have been a little more promoted towards the hotel visitors To consider customer service Very old fashioned which could be overcome with decorations As it was very pricy Not worth the money Also the pool and little sauna was shared by the public who made rude comments about us swimming ? We had the right to use the pool

stayed for work and needed to use laptop but no desk in room. The room was quite small but would have benefitted from a small fold up table to work from if needed.

Couldn't fault the staff, all very friendly and helpful. The WIFI was excellent.

En suite extractor fan faulty and no shaver plug. The luggage space was inadequate.

We stayed in room 21 which was very small for the money we paid and was a bit disappointing , no window covering up at either the bathroom and the toilet window which makes going to the bathroom on a night time very uncomfortable incase you are able to be seen from outside

The hotel has an excellent location, close to a pharmacy, grocery store and bakery, and close to the Corniche and a very beautiful garden.

Bed was a little uncomfortable and shower could have been a little more powerful. I struggled to wash my hair with little water pressure.

I stayed for work and did not use any facilities other than the room and en suite. Very friendly staff, easy to find hotel, good parking, exactly what I wanted.
