It wasn't as clean as it could have been. The furniture is a tad dated and the description said they're were 3 sofa beds when in fact there was one and two twin sized beds which caused me to purchase air mattresses. They shouldn't misled people that way

Dead Cockroach on the bathroom floor. Some kind of dried food item left in the sink drain. Walk in shower nozzle desperately needs replacing.

I would have enjoyed a screened in porch and one bedroom on the main floor. Also, signs asking guests not to feed the wildlife would be a nice addition.

We were within walking distance of the recreation facilities and enjoyed the pool, spa, mini golf and bike rentals. The grandchildren and nephews enjoyed the fishing, and the pond was well stocked, so there was no "getting bored" waiting for a fish to bite. The layout of the apartment (4004) was nice and provided a space for everyone.

I had a problem with the person that checked me in she was very rude n cussing n all the over charged me said I I didn't pay all money which I did after being disrespected by person in office over phone n in person they finally found the payment the next day n I ask to talk to supervisor n he never returned my call

Everything inside looks just so outdated and run down. It is probably 20+ years old. The place was clean on first looks but a thorough cleaning is definitely needed. I found a lot of dust behind beds and on outlets. The dishwasher was a disaster. It didn't clean the dishes at all, so that we ended up handwashing everything, which is a pain when you cook most of the meals for 7 people. The coffee machine was dirty when we arrived. We found a dead cockroach and later a live one, and it was BIG! That's a no no! The outside was full of huge roaches at night time, especially on the back patio. Maybe something should be done about that! We couldn't really use the back patio because it was full of spiderwebs and spiders and just not a pleasant place to hang out. Needs to be cleaned as does the front of the house. The trash cans are filthy and, ok, it is a trash can, but I wanted to wear gloves just to open it and throw my trash away. Air conditioning worked great for the downstairs, but the upstairs not so much. It felt more like "glamping" after all.

It was quiet and the close by pool was great! The staff was very nice and helpful. We did a late check in and it worked out perfectly. Spacious place. Enough for what we needed.

The unit needed some major updates. The tubs were extremely old and not working properly. There was no hot water in the guest shower. All the advertisements talked about a game room. The game room has been turned into a gym at this facility. We were told that went into effect after hurricane Florence went through the area. Your marketing needs to reflect that change.
