1# My room was not clean when I arrived {dirty cupboard, floor}; 2# They did not clean my room during my stay; 3# Other places in the hotel were a lot dirtier than expected.

The bed was OK, the hotel was close to the beach. When I asked for a toilet brush, I got it as soon as they could give it to me. I could get extra soaps, tea, etc. when I asked for it. Note: >> I am just generous with my rating, because the hotel is in renovation << This means that there was almost no staff to receive and serve the clients properly.

The rooms are alittle dated but we only booked 1 night stay and value for money U can't complain. If they got the rooms up to date they would have a fabulous hotel and make more money on ppl stay

The guy at reception was so lovely check in was gr8 and fast. Alittle disagreement happend with me and my husband and I needed another room and the guy who checked us in helped me straight away with another room he was so lovely fabulous guy

Great location. Noisy fire door creaking all night outside the room. The window wouldn’t close. It was locked open , and anyone could’ve climbed in. Broken curtain rail. Clean beds, but dirty bath you could see a line. Clean surfaces on the furniture but not around edges of the floor/ bed.

I really am not one to ever complain or leave bad reviews however this hotel needs a lot of work done and some major improvements are needed. Whilst I can appreciate trying to do work with people using the hotel it just wasn’t pleasant. The place looked deserted and it’s a shame most areas are closed off as the hotel really does have potential. The room when we checked in still had stuff in the bin from the last people to use it, there was no toilet roll or hand soap and the bathroom just wasn’t safe. We were travelling with a 4 and 2 year old and it just didn’t feel overly safe for them. Car park is a nightmare as it’s only got a few spaces available, we had to go to a shop to collect supplies and when we came back it took like 20 minutes to find somewhere safe to put our car as the car park was way too full.

The location is great, it’s only a short walk down to the beach front which has loads of amenities. The staff which I did see were super helpful. Everything is all electronic including entering the property and room which is handy.

Bathroom/toilet light didn't work, no staff around most of the time when they were they ignored us, broken taped up towel rail in the bathroom, in the draw was the welcome sheet from the previous guest with the same door code so they could easily have come back as nobody in reception and entered our room, bed sheets too small for the bed so just laid on top and kept moving, bed sheets stained no mugs for drinks just 4 paper cups, for a stay of 4 nights i would expect more than 2 toilet rolls, and i have never stayed at a hotel that didn't let us know when booking that there was no towels provided,

Very run down but they are in the process of renovating. Lots of foreign staff, English not great but all friendly and polite.

I wasnt able to use the bath or shower in room 22 as the hot tap leaks from the back and pours water all over the floor, also I couldnt tell anyone as there was never anyone in reception there was a telephone number to call but as I was there one night as I was leaving the very next morning I would tell someone upon leaving but as iv said there was never anyone in reception, the hotel was being renovated so all you can smell was paint, this was not advertised when I booked, the sheets don't even fit the beds properly, the bathroom towel rail was on full heat with no way to turn it off,

The amount of steps I had to climb to get to the room as I'm in a wheelchair. The breakfast could have been much better.

I liked how soft the towels were and the wide range of beverages that were readily available in the room. Also the paint job was fantastic.

No breakfast or facilities probably due to being out of season (although it was early June 2024). Tv was too small for size of room. Curtain didn't block out the light. Bedroom toilet was noisy, whooshing sounds. Towels weren't changed daily (only stayed two nights so not a big issue). Towel rail in bathroom had metal feet and banged toes a few times ( probably needs a cover). Bedside lights didn't work. Lobby toilet didn't have a toilet roll.

Good location very near town/ beach. Off street parking was nice. Good sized room, bed comfortable. Had tv with teletext feature. Keyless entry with code was good. Staff (only saw one) was pleasant and helpful.

Building could do with a spruce up, although it looks like they are trying a bit with the rooms. Towels missing from room and only one cup but these were sorted when asked for.

Friendly check in, good location. Service with a smile when we needed help. Could be a beautiful building with the right attention.

Very run down . Bath had a brown rim around it where it hadn’t been cleaned and a lot of unfinished things . Bath tap ,broken bunk bed top step broken , only one door on wardrobe and that was falling off

The hotel is currently going through renovations which makes disruption understandable. I paid extra for the deluxe room. The room had a bed and a desk. That was it. They were both very old and tatty. The decoration was probably older than i am and very tatty. The patio door to the balcony would not close so i had to sleep with it open all night. The balcony was so rotten that when I stepped out on it I jumped back through the door in fear of going through it. The hotel apparently had no towels at all. On checking in I had to wait over 30 mins to see a member of staff. I went down to complain about the place on 2 separate occasions and did not find a single member of staff. There was no coffee machine as advertised, there was no cleaning products as advertised. The room was filthy. Stains on carpets, walls and bed. I slept fully clothed on top of the bed and never took my shoes of while walking around. I think I would probably have come out the shower dirtier than I went in if there were towels available. I will not stay here again and I would not recommend anyone else to either. Being a builder I have stayed in some horrid places over the years. This place is up amongst the worst.
