The hotel restaurant was awful. It took 15 minutes just to get anyone to take any kind of food order and mind you we were one of only 3 tables. Upon receiving our food 40 minutes after ordering it the order was incorrect. My French toast along with 3 other family members dishes became waffles that I could have made better from a box. My family member ordered Eggs Benedict which came out as a soft boiled egg in a English Muffin. When a chef type person came out to talk to my family member, he became rude and told my female family member to calm down that things do happen and that they were backed up in the kitchen. Did I mention we were one of three tables. I attempted to calm the chef person down and expressed to him that he was escalating the situation and requested to speak to someone who could remain calm when speaking with a customer whom had an issue. He walked away from the table yelling profanity and screaming for CHEF! I did speak to the front desk personnel and the next morning I took my large family out to breakfast somewhere else.

The room was beautiful and clean, the hotel smelled fresh. The wall fireplace in the front lobby was gorgeous. The pool was warm and perfect.

I didn’t like that I had to clean the shower with my own cleaning products because there were strands of hair left behind from the previous guests. The pillows were entirely too soft, your head sunk in them after 4secs of laying on them. The sheets had a weird smell to them I had to ask for a change of sheets because I didn’t think that the sheets on the bed were fresh and after having to clean the shower who really knows.

The location was great and the overall room was okay.

The staff was rude they messed up everybody's rooms they come half of the people breakfast my key pass wouldn't work and half of the places I had to keep going to the front desk the rooms were smelly like mold the hallways was dirty and the pool

We rented two rooms and they couldn’t find the other reservation so they just said we can’t do anything and we all had to stay in one room.

-Maid service only emptied trash & replaced towels. Beds not made, room/bathroom not cleaned, Unacceptable at a Marriott product to be required to make own bed two out of three nights. This is a major problem. At this time "Covid" is a very offensive and lame excuse for not providing maid service. -Breakfast buffet, for $14.00, is what I would have expected to be a complimentary service at a Motel 6. Very poor and very overpriced. We do not mind paying for breakfast but it would be much less offensive to have no service than to charge anything for what was provided. It is not at all consistent with what I learned to expect from Marriott products. -Hallways are, unusually, very dimly lit. This is a minor problem.
