Nothing we love it so much. We have spent our last four anniversaries there and always look forward to going back.

We absolutely loved having the hot tub on the deck. We love to relax and not have to go the public hot tub. It is a perfect location with everything within walking distance. Also we loved going on evening walks on all of the walking paths around the Newpark area.

Staff was excellent, very helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Heated tile floor in the bathroom. Kitchenette and washer and dryer. Hot tub on balcony.

Room felt a little cramped, traveling with two young kids it was a juggling experience moving furniture and getting the rollout sofa, well… unrolled, but we should have probably got a suite. For a couple with no kids, the room is just fine.

Sauna, pool, hot jacuzzi outdoors were all excellent!

There are definitely more resorts around the same price with a lot more to do. The room was small, got hot really easily and the resort was just kind of bare. Not much to look at or do.

I don’t love that there’s no breakfast or room service food options. The TV is the worst part of the room, but not a deal breaker by any means.

The staff was lovely. The Hot tub, bed, fire place, kitchen and bath tub were all incredible! Easy to access and close to many things. Can’t wait to go back!

The bed was pretty uncomfortable. It was very firm and the sheets and pillowcases weren't very soft.

We loved the size of the room and the kitchen. We were the most excited about the hot tub on the deck. We had a great experience.

There was a slight issue with the washer, but we reported, and they will take of it. However, it wasn't serious enough to stop us from doing laundry. The shelves in the kitchenette are very high. Would have liked a step stool to reach them, as we are short! Lol. Access to a broom would have been helpful as well. Regardless, we had a wonderful stay!

We were able to upgrade our room and enjoyed the amenities, including the private hot tub and corner location. Enjoyed the view of the mountains, and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Would definitely consider rebooking in the future! The staff was kind enough to let us have a late check out. Thank you so much! 😉

the room was hooked to the suites so only a door separated it on one part. it looked like they tried to make it as sound proof as possible but you could hear EVERYTHING in the next room. we didn’t have anyone next to ours but the cleaners came the next morning and woke us up because we could hear them so clearly. that was the only bad point.

The folks staying in the room next door. They did not seem to care about having loud conversations in the middle of the night, and keeping the surrounding neighbors awake.

The Newpark is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Anything you need is within walking distance and Park City itself is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
