Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesStarted the trip by the staff not being able to find our reservations, despite us giving them the confirmation number. It was quickly remedied. Then the hotel room was out of soap, body soap and body lotion, but the staff filled them as soon as we complained. Both elevators broke, they were fixed later that day. The biggest upset has nothing to do with the problems; there is a really nice lounge and bar area, but no bar! Would've loved to hang out there more. Maybe the don't have a liquor license? Idk, but it's a really nice place and the bar should be open so I can watch the Stanley Cup while my gf sleeps in the bedroom.
Great location. Modern design. Comfortable bed. One of the best fitness rooms I've ever used. All problems were resolved quickly by staff.

This hotel is great value, the rooms are big and comfortable. We had a great view and the staff were absolutely lovely and accommodating. Would stay here again.

United StatesThere was not a bar in the hotel but if you are looking to have drinks, there is a bar/restaurant two doors down from the hotel. They had great drinks and GREAT happy hour prices!
The property was clean and staff were friendly! Only half a block from Times Square. Two blacks from fifth avenue! Everything was great it is center of anything you want to do. Central Park, shopping, eating, and attractions. I would stay here again if we could get the same rates we had gotten. We stayed for 3 nights. Before parking we paid around 850$ considering the location I feel that it was a good price.

South AfricaNo restaurant or food or drinks available in hotel but v close to shops so that’s not a big problem. If you want to be really in the thick of Times Square it’s a great place to be. Close to many theaters. Times Square is noisy and crazy busy so expect some hooting and sirens late into the night. Ask reception which side of the building is quieter. They are really helpful. Coffee in the rooms wouldn’t be a bad idea but they do have in reception. Despite all these things I would go back.
Staff are really fantastic. Very helpful. Really went out their way to be helpful and have great ideas for things to do Themed toilets in the entrance are really great - seriously go see them. Hotel is close to many great attractions. Bicycles for resident a great idea.

United Statesthere are two elevators on each floor. got confused a bit. better and larger signage would help. Also, you could only get water on even floors, as well as ice. confusing. also, there is no bar.
the bathrooms with double sinks and shower are gorgeous. it's a modern hotel with beautiful rooms. the beds are very comfortable. a nice large room for NYC.

United StatesThe air conditioning in the king suites does not allow for air in both rooms unless the privacy door is open. The really affected the kind of vacation we were able to have. I specifically picked the suite because it had a door. :( Too much money to spend for no privacy from the kids.
The staff were wonderful- especially ALMA! The room was large- I would gladly stay again.

United StatesWe had 2 rooms both in the 11th floor. One of the rooms was bigger than the other and had a little mold in the corner where the time met. But the shower with rainfall shower head and hand held that could be used at the same time was amazing!
The location is in between Times Square and 5th avenue so everything is relatively close by.
