The noise from the train was pretty loud and the view to the parking garage was not great. Could not open the curtains otherwise felt like people from the parking garage would be looking right into the room.

Very spacious room, nice staff and great location. Check-in was fast and easy. Bed was comfortable. Close walking distance to millennium park.

Staff, first and foremost, were just wonderful. The size of the rooms was great. Two stays, one stay in a king and then a double queen river view. Super comfortable. Love all the room amenities and hotel amenities. Very clean, location great.

Would have preferred firm beds. Also, we wanted higher floors, but were not given. Perhaps they were all taken.

What a superb spot. So close to the river, Millenium park and public transport. Friendly accommodating reception staff. The most beautiful room with a view. Large room with comfortable bed, great bathroom products and all amenities. Included a yoga mat and some weights

Wish there was a bathtub!!

Really loved this hotel beyond what we anticipated. The views of the river were amazing, the location was very walkable and close to virtually anything you'd need. The room itself was amazing. The room was spacious and had many different places to sit including this epic window seat we spent a ton of time in soaking in the views. So cool that they had fitness equipment in the room provided and a table to enjoy a meal - so nice to not have to eat in bed! We also thought it was a nice touch they provided facial sheet masks! We cant wait to stay here again.

The housekeeping was very late in the day, which normally wouldn’t matter, but as it was marathon weekend, wanted to be back in the room in the afternoons, not the morning. Meant we didn’t have a room clean during our stay, not a major thing and they did provide towels and toilet roll when requested.

Great location for access to Grant Park for the Chicago marathon. Room was a great size, comfortable bed, nice decor, and clean.

Everything except for the steamer they provided to iron your clothing. I had to fill that thing up many times just to finish ironing. They need irons or better steamers. I’ll bring my steamer next time. Other than that hotel is amazing!!!

Our room wasn't ready till close to 5pm eventhough check-in is at 3pm. Would have been nice if we were offered a complimentary drink while we waited. We asked for late check out on the day of our departure as we had a late flight but the front desk staff said that if they let us check out late, then the next guests will have to wait for their room like we did. Then why did they give the guests before us a late check out then? If they didn't, then no one would have had to wait for their rooms.

Good location close to the river and train station. Comfortable room, loved that it had an air purifier and other thoughtful little touches. The lobby was very warm & inviting.

Great location and friendly staff. All major attractions are within walking distance. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There's a free coffee machine near the reception and they even provided a small breakfast for people running the marathon.
