It was clean, in a great location and the beds were so comfortable. The owner (Lory) was very friendly, helpful and informative in where to visit. She made us feel very welcome and relaxed within her home. The room is small but it is ideal for a trip where you are out and about seeing all the sights.

This property was well situated for the. Colosseum and has some lovely places to eat on the door step. The host is super lovely . The shared bathroom was not an issue and very clean Bonus she makes lovely coffee

Didn't like is overdoing it, but the shower cabin is somewhat narrow. Which, given this is a 19th century apartment building having been renovated, is quite understandable. However, if you need a really capacious bathroom, you'll need to head elsewhere.

Lorella is a friendly, helpful, and outstanding host who will gladly point you to places of interest and who can cater to all your needs. The rooms are comfy and include private bathroom, tv, wifi, heating/airconditioning, bed stands, etc. The location is excellent: you are a stone's throw away from the Colosseum (15-20 min. leisurely walk), or the Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano (the second biggest basilica in Rome after St. Peter's in the Vatican). Be advised that you are indeed very much in the center of Rome on a busy street, so you things can be bustling busy, you'll need to keep your windows closed if you are sensitive to noise.

The apartment is located on a busy main street but this is to be expected for such a central location in Rome.

We had a fantastic three night stay at 2 Be Home Colosseo. Our host Lori made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment is located right in the centre and Lori was quick to give us some fantastic local recommendations (including an amazing bakery just down the road). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 2 Be Home and a big thanks to Lori for making our stay so smooth.

The property is very well situated. Walking distance to the colosseum with a close by metro stop. Lorella is such an incredible host, very attentive and with great recommendations of local spots. Would definitely come back again.

Because it was on a busy street, we were able to listen to the noise from the traffic at night. Recommend bringing headphones or earplugs.

Lorella was an excellent host, the apartment was really clean and we didnt even notice the person we shared the bathroom with. The streest was a street away from the coliseum and we walked everywhere, even to the Vatican, and didn’t have to use the metro or buses.

The room and bathroom are relatively small, which I suspect may be a result of the attached bathroom being added later.

The location of this place is truly exceptional. It offers convenient proximity to the main train and metro stations, and even the airport is just a 40-minute journey away. Notably, it is situated in close proximity to the renowned Colosseum, and other notable landmarks are within a comfortable 30 to 40 minutes walking distance. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the superb hospitality provided by Lorella, the host. She warmly welcomed us upon arrival and shared valuable information that proved to be immensely helpful throughout our stay. Having the host living on the property was particularly advantageous, as it ensured that any needs or requests could be promptly addressed.

I liked everything. Flat was very clean, instructions were very clear. Close to a main road, this may be loud for some people but that's the compromise to be in such a great location!!

Perfect! Lorella is the most amazing host, the flat is in great location, and she makes the best coffee I had in Rome! She had a map for me to show me the best spots for food and sights. I recommend this accommodation very highly.

Clean and comfortable accommodation, Francesca was very friendly and helpful, giving tips on where to eat. She was very accommodating around my flight times. I was able to leave my luggage at the accommodation on day of departure as wasn't flying until the evening.

great location! the space is very nice with a private room and bathroom. host was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable the whole time! something to note is that the rooms are in someone’s apartment, and this is something I did not realize. for us it was not an issue, but definitely think it should be noted in the stay that you will be sharing space with the host and other guests. overall, great experience and location! wifi and air conditioning worked well which was great for Rome in the summer.

Lori's hospitality is second to none, she has made us feel very welcome right from the start and was a fountain of knowledge on everything local. The flat is centrally located within a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum and a metro line 3 minutes away. A perfect base for exploring Rome. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks Lori!

Great location (5 mins stroll to Colosseum), lovely, simple breakfast. Host is extremely helpful and couldn't do any more for us. On point local restaurant recommendations and best way to get around and see places. Will be back if ever in Rome, true homely feel.
