No complaints, really, other than neither the king bed nor the pull-out were as comfortable as others we've slept on, but they were adequate.

Our car broke down on I-25N, on our way from Rocky Mountain National Park to Cheyenne, WY, on a Saturday evening. Luckily, we were able to limp into a parking lot which just happened to be shared by the Holiday Inn Express and another hotel. The car needed to be towed to the dealership and the repairs weren't completed until Tuesday afternoon. We were fortunate to "land" where we did--we booked a King suite which worked out fine for 3 of us, we were able to just unload the car right there before having it towed away, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good and a bit different each day. There was a lovely outdoor patio where we could sit and relax and relieve the cabin fever from being cooped up in a hotel room.

Unfortunately the breakfast offering was poor, which was a surprise as we use this chain regularly as it normally is very consistent. We were told a stock was due the day after which was no good to us.

Used the property as a first stop after flying into Denver. Location easy to find as just off the Interstate. Room spacious and comfortable with what you would expect from the chain.

I have requested to clean the room and change my towels, but nothing was done. The room never got cleaned during my 3 days' stay

Our bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn't drain completely. The rooms were mostly clean, but I did find some hairballs around the room. I would love to see some dairy free options for breakfast. Our child is allergic and was limited to cereal with no milk, a banana and some sausage. The pool area floor could use a mopping, there was a broken chocolate chip cookie getting soggy and lots of particles all over the floor.

The swimming pool was great! The breakfast was good! The rooms were pretty clean! It is close proximity to everything!

The room only had 2 lamps. Both were 2 bulb fixtures with only 1 bulb in them. As a result, the room was very dark.

The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the "real" bacon and other offerings. The coffee was also very good.

I booked the hotel through booking.com and paid for it in advance and they charged my credit card for the room and I was double charged. A real hastle to get my money back, and I still have not seen it credited on my credit card.

The phone in our room did not work, the desk was visibly dirty with melted ice cream or something on it, there was no blow dryer in our room. There was also a group of about 10 boys in the swimming pool who were unsupervised by an adult and were just running amuck.

The location was great for where we were needing to be and go.

No restaurant or drinks available on site for adults. Little outdated.The room we ordered said two televisions specifically and only had one. We look forward to having our separate time on vacations :(

There wasn't anything to stir the coffee in the room an it wasn't replaced for the next day. The fact that I booked way ahead of time and had to pay a higher rate because of a college game seemed unfair.

Pool and slide as well as the pool room walls entryways and doors could all use attention to maintenance was concerning

They only had 1 washer and dryer for the entire hotel and the dryer didnt work, and there were several times there was no one at the dront desk and our keys cards never worked right always had to go and get them reactivated

Breakfast was great and pool and slide was great! Kids loved it! It was clean and staff was nice!
