Room has water stains on ceiling. Carpet was unraveling by bathroom door. Bathtub stopper was broken. No fridge. Very loud road noise. I'm usually very happy with your hotels.

Breakfast to go was decent. Very close to Old Town. A gas station and market very close by.

Shower over Bath drain slightly clogged, so bath would fill slightly each time we had a shower. A repair man came whilst were there, but problem still not fixed when we left. Room was a bit warm and stuffy as window wouldnt stay open and had no fan in room. I personally dont like air conditioning, but prefer fresh air. No milk sachets available when had a cup if tea.

Bed and pillows were very comfy and had a lovely sleep. Useful having microwave in the room. Loved the location as easy 10 min walk to buses, trains, trams and free bus from the airport. also easy walk to local restaurants.

Staff made many clerical errors. 16 DOLLARS per night for parking. Asked for extra blanket and got a mattress cover. Opened window and it came out of the frame. Room smelled heavily of ammonia upon entrance. After time passed we realized it was masking cigarette smoke smell. We did not ask for a smoking room. Breakfast was a piece of fruit and juice in a bag, make your own waffle. Jacuzzi was drained, so no one could use it. Subterranean parking only.

Linens were clean except for a couple minor stains. Bed was comfortable. AC unit in good working order, excellent water pressure. Plenty of toiletries upon request. Rooms have fridge and microwave, alarm clock and landline phone. Nearby access to ice. Quiet.

checking in took too long, computer was not working. was surprised there was no hair dryer. remote on tv did not work properly, and alarm in room would chirp now and then.

The room was supposed to be a non smoking room and reeked of stale cigarette smoke...nauseating. Also we stayed on a weekday and the hotel was practically vacant with plenty of rooms available ..yet were given a room with a view of frwy with plenty of outdoor noise from traffic and early morning tree timing outside our room window

The location was great! Walking distance to Old Town shops and restaurants and easy access to frwy. Very well secured with visible security guard every time we arrived or exited the facility.

The location itself, however, is NOT ideal if you have a large truck. Not recommended if you have a larger vehicle—you will have to park on the street and circle multiple times before you find a decent enough space. Then, we had a water leak in our bathroom. Lots of water puddled on the floor. We reported it and it was “handled” by just recaulking the edge around the toilet while we were gone. Being that we were on the 3rd floor, that’s going to spell “ceiling leaks” onto the 2nd floor in a matter of time. We were offered a different room at least. The bathroom tubs were NOT clean. Aside from the tub floor not being scrubbed sufficiently, the tubs are ancient—still have the jets installed from the 90’s. It obvious they didn’t have enough funds to update the tubs yet—but if you can’t update them now, AT LEAST deep clean the interior of the jets! They were dirty and black in the interior crevices.

The exterior updates were visually nice, including the pool and office area. The beds were actually comfortable and the pullout sofa bed came in very handy for our 4 year old. The office staff were very nice and very welcoming.
