Some of the furniture could use a refresh but it did not affect our stay!

All staff members that we encountered were terrific - both friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us and the view of the lake was pleasant. The onsite Indian restaurant, MINT, was so good!

Breakfast left something to be desired. Coffee was not hot and didn't taste good. Only one choice of hot breakfast was repetitive if you're there for more than two nights.

Location was great, bed was comfortable and the lake view was wonderful.

Most unimpressed both with the quality and the equipment , specifically the toaster which required bread to go through at least 4 times to be properly toasted. Also paper cipz and plates and plastic cutlery - all not what we would expect for price paid.

Room cleanliness, hadn't been dusted for some time. Poor breakfast, nothing fresh (apart from pancakes), everything out of packets, No water dispenser (other than juice machine at breakfast). If you want water you have to pay for it. The only hotel of the many we stayed in on our road trip where water wasn't readily available.

fantastic location on the lake worth upgrading to lake view. staff very friendly and welcoming. Room had everything and was really large, even a fire and 2 armchairs for the colder months. Great place to stay. Good choice for breakfast.

I asked for a first floor room but our room was on the second floor so we had to struggle getting our luggage up the stairs. Also, would have liked a regular toaster oven at breakfast because the slide in toaster never browned my English muffins.

It was conveniently located and right on the lake. They had a breakfast available too.

Could have better choices for breakfast but it was ok. Would be nice to have a water station to fill water bottles.

No one was at the front desk when we arrived. The only staff we had contact with worked in the restaurant and they couldn’t help us to check in. That was pretty frustrating! Someone finally showed up after a good 5 to 10 minute wait. The layout of our room created a privacy issue. If I was standing at the sink I was visible to the hallway if the door was opened.

Sitting out on the deck and enjoying the view. Also like the ability to option maid service. The Mint Indian restaurant was outstanding. We would go back just to enjoy their wonderful food!

The decks need some TLC - there is a lot of paint peeling. The rooms could use a bit of overhead light.

The location is beautiful! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast went above and beyond the traditional continental.

Good hotel, friendly staff. Really liked the kayaking that they provide right at the hotel. Regular hotel room. Breakfast was blah but fine.

Not very good value for money. Our room cost double what a similar room in New Hampshire cost.

This is a thoroughly renovated and modern motel, right on the lakefront. We liked its location in the middle of the Berkshires, easy parking and comfortable room.

The setting is great. Room very nice. The facility might be termed”rustic” and could use a major upgrade. Tired carpeting needs painting there are places with non standard steps eg coming out of restaurant.

Breakfast ok. Lovely lake view. Having Mint restaurant on site a definite plus.

The bathroom fan was extremely noisy and rattling. They were to look at it after we left.. The room was kind of tight around the two full-queen beds. There should be a nightlite in the bathroom. The price could have been a bit lower, but we had booked shortly before our trip.. Some plain cottage cheese would have been appreciated at breakfast.

The location was great. It's a dog-friendly hotel. The breakfast was nice. There's an Indian restaurant right in the hotel as a dinner option. And it was very quiet inside even though it seemed to be full.

It's a bit of an older hotel but again it was adequate.

We only stayed one evening. The facilities were adequate for a short stay. The view of the lake was OK but not anything special. There Indian restaurant on site is supposed to be very good but we did not try it.

Very nice but ! Our restaurant experience was horrible !!! We wanted to relax after a long day of travel but the staff rushed us and it was unbearably noisy . It ruined our evening
