We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We have stayed here several times including twice on our last trip. The hotel is consistently a good place for us to stay when traveling north of Texas. To keep rating this is redundant. Lets just say the hotel has been very consistent in what they offer. It is clean, comfortable and a convenient location.

United StatesWe like to sleep in a blackout room, at this hotel you cannot. The thin paper blind doesn’t have a curtain that goes over, making it seem like a light is on in your room. I literally had to sleepy with a blanket over my head. I’m glad we only had one night there.

United StatesI didn't like the fact that house keeping didn't clean my room even if I had left a door card indicating that the room was ready to be cleaned when I was out. I left the hotel room at 0800 and returned at 1100 just to find the room not cleaned. To make matters worse; the card that had been left at the door indicating that the room was ready to be cleaned was flipped over to do not disturb. I was not amused. Then I called the desk for clean towels and the guy the desk told me that I should go down for towels and bring the dirty ones; like WTH? Anyhow, since I needed clean towels I strolled on down to the first floor carrying a bunch of dirty towels at midnight; SMH. The staff was also very grumpy; especially that man who told me to bring the towels down; maybe he just doesn't like his job. This goes for the lady that was serving breakfast as well; she wore a very long face; it might be that someone had called in coz she was complaining to the receptionist. I can understand why she would be upset but she should have sulked in the back rooms and after refilling the breakfast trays.
Breakfast was great and the room was spacious and quiet. I would have rated this as a 9 or 10 had house keeping, the male receptionist, and the breakfast lady done better.

United StatesThe DirectTV service or maybe the settings on the TV to get to the DirectTV service. It was trial and error for me to figure out how to make the TV work correctly. Showering was disappointing due to the hard water build-up in the showerhead. Adjusting to different settings did not resolve the issue, so the water could not emit properly. My suggestions: performimg routine quality control checks in the rooms. Placing written instructions on accessing and troubleshooting the TV and the DirectTV service in every room. No guest should have to resort to their phone, laptop, or tablet for entertainment during their stay. The lighting could stand to be a little brighter, but since I was staying for only one night, I didn't worry too much about it. It seemed a little dim for reading and working. United StatesThe aesthetics of the room are as important to me as the comfort. They are Ying and Yang. The curtains were hanging poorly. The TV had no volume once I finally got it working correctly. The showerhead looked and worked like it had seen better days. My suggestions: schedule a routine quality control checklist in all rooms. Whenever I check into a room at ANY hotel in the area, the DirectTV is an issue. Leave some written instructions in the room for the guest to access and troubleshoot the service. The guest should not have to resort to their phone, laptop, or tablet for entertainment at any point during their stay. The shower heads need to be replaced or deep cleaned by soaking the heads in vinegar with a zip lock bag for 2-3 hours to remove the hard water build-up. EVERYONE loves a nice HOT shower, and having adjustable settings on the showerhead that do not work correctly is disappointing. Thank you for your time and consideration in reading this post. Remember, those who refresh others will always be refreshed!
