I guess the thing I didn't like the most was the bullet that came through the wall.And landed above my head above the window Where I was sitting on the bed if I'd been standing.I wouldn't be here writing this right now..That was my least favorite of the stay.The second least favorite was when they gave me a different room below a bunch of crackheads running back and forth all night Where it sounded like they were remodeling The room moving the furniture around.When I asked for another room, they sent me back to the side where the police said.Do not stay on this side which they didn't inform any of their guests. The third thing that I didn't like the most was when I asked for yet another room with no one above me, so I could get some sleep.They locked my belongings in my room before i could get out my stuff. When I ask if I could go to an upstairs place so no one was above me or anything that's not on the side where the violence Took place they wanted to upcharge me. I stayed where i was at. Numerous calls to the front desk to stop the ongoing noise was met with No answer not even one time.We are not dealing with the brightest. The human touch is gone. This place is a trash heap full of violence. I almost died staying at this location. I highly recommend if you value your life.Don't go anywhere near this place. When I ask if there would be any kind of rebate or discount to my stay on checking out. They did not apologize.They did not say sorry.They just said corporate has to handle it.We don't handle anything here.Corporate sent me an invoice and gave me a little over a $100 off on my bill.No apology.No, we're sorry that you almost died.Nothing just a hundred dollars off. The owners and employees care nothing about their guests.Or their stay or their comfort.Or their safety avoid this place at all costs.It's not worth it.

Where do I start, how about with the front desk who refused to let me tell them I already paid and they charged my credit card another $850 and I kept telling the woman at the front desk both charges are there and not going away. “Finally someone charged my card back for me” I put it in quotes because it took two calls and I finally got it back this morning after a week. Good thing I’m not like the rest of the people living there. There are bugs it’s loud and obnoxious there and people smoke in their rooms and it’s a no smoking hotel my room stunk!

The room was small, the bathroom was small and the water kept running and the bed was so not cleaned. UGLY PLACE TO STAY, NEVER AGAIN.......

Very ugly, the place wasn't clean and it smelled bad. I didn't like the place where homeless people roam around and they laying around in front the entrance. Very bad place to stay, sorry to say.

Property is a total mess inside and out, trash and homeless are camped outside on the side of building. Walking in theres a bad smell of trash and pet urine,that continues in the hall way.The first room we checked into was on the 3rd floor and it was a whole messy situation. Couch and chairs were filthy. 2 of the lights were not working. We called the front desk to let them know, and they gave us another room. Which was a little better. However it was not much improvement.All in all they need to improve on cleanliness.

Bugs in room-cockroaches to be exact. Hotel falling apart. Cracks in wallet, gap between ac unit in room and wall. Curtains broke and didn’t close. Just a dump. Management does nothing about the bugs, even after emailing. The pool is green and gross.

The rooms were not clean. There was a roach infestation, tiny roaches and bugs everywhere. I was afraid to sleep in there. The hallways were super stinky, the pool was closed and in the morning at 6 am we were down up by very loud banging that went on for the rest of the morning. It was so bad and gross that I contemplated sleeping in my car for the night but there were too many shady characters outside.

The location was great based on the venue we attended.

When we arrived at the hotel, there was nobody at the front desk to help us, and we had to wait for a while before someone showed up. The bed/mattress in our room was uneven, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. The microwave was broken and was not replaced during our stay. We also found that the towels provided to us were stained, as were the bathtub, sink, and toilet. Furthermore, we noticed an old towel hanging next to the shower curtain in the bathroom, which made it seem like the room had not been properly cleaned. The couch, chair, tables, floor, and drawers were all very dusty, which was unpleasant. We tried calling the front desk multiple times, but nobody answered the phone. When we asked for bath towels, we were informed that they were out of stock. Overall, our experience was very unpleasant, and we did not enjoy our stay at the hotel.

Very dirty. Cigarette burns in the sheets, mold in the shower, piles of water in the bathroom that didn’t dry/ have a source of leak. Dusty, stains on the sheets ceiling and most surfaces. Loud music playing all night but no reception to answer complaints. Gross smell of trash in the entire hallway

arrived at 5pm and my room still wasn’t cleaned. the room had such a bad cigarette odor that i had to buy a scented spray to take care of it, and i’d wake up in the middle of the night multiple times just to respray it. staff also is never in the reception. for breakfast all they had was coffee and oatmeals packets. the halls also had an unbearable stank and i would hold my breath when walking to my room. awful unclean place.

It was close to the hospital where my husband had to have lots of test in one day.

Room was not clean, furniture in bad shape, one wash cloth for 2 people, it says breakfast which was pkg of oatmeal, today there was no coffee at 7:30am it is pet friendly and there was dog hair everywhere. We won’t ever go there again.
