Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

ThailandThe street route to the place is quite narrow and a bit scary if you came here after sunset. The internet quality is quite poor.however, it gives you time to enjoy the vibes and place more than your mobile phone!
Lovely farmhouse in Verona. The vegan breakfast is exceptional. Very kind staffs. We got there a bit late than check-in time but the host was kindly advice us the way to came there thoroughly. Eventhough its already late, there was a cat (I think his name is Romeo) welcoming us and he is so cute:)

United KingdomWe could have stayed longer but we were booked into a friend's house near Florence so had to leave ....
Breakfast was substantial and home made which set us up for the day so we only needed one other meal in the day. The family were very kind and helpful and we were able to buy their produce when we left, including excellent olive oil, compote of their fruits.. They also gifted us three jars.. I have been to various agriturismi over the years and this was substantially better than any other..

United StatesIf you are looking for an authentic Italian experience this is your place. Excellent location if you have a car. It is located in a secluded area not far from Verona downtown. There is free parking available just outside Verona city center. A great variety of items for breakfast. The owner let me charge my electric vehicle as I had difficulties to charge at the public stations. (It is not advertised so it is not guaranteed that you will have the same option, it is better to double check in advance). The hosts were very friendly and nice. Thank you! We enjoyed our stay!

GermanyAmazing agri-turismo. Large, newly renovated, charming rooms. Scenic view to Verona. Friendly, open landlords. Exceptional rich breakfast with homemade cakes, cookies, sweets, vegetables, and many more. A great place to spend a week for recreation. (homemade products seem to be overpriced. 15€ per 0.75L bottle of red wine does not match the quality of the wine.)

United KingdomIt was generally very clean, but the toilet was horrific. I will charitably assume just mineral deposits, but it really needed a good soak in toilet cleaner and possibly a pumice stone. It really was lovely otherwise
Beautiful location, not that far out of town (at least by car) but fairly isolated if you don't fancy driving tiny country roads

Beautifully located in the hills north of Verona and only a 10 minutes drive to the old center of Verona, the agriturismo is a heaven of serenity. Delicious vegetarian homemade food. We have never had such an abundant breakfast. Valentina and her mother surprised us with homemade presents to make up for the misunderstanding about dinner on our first night. We were very lucky to have a delicious vegetarian fully homemade three course dinner on our second night. We can fully recommend staying in this agriturismo.

What a beautiful place, did this as a detox to my busy life in London, with a mixture of sightseeing in Verona and lake Garda. All is done without a car, it’s manageable, I loved every part of my trip. Valentina and everyone is lovely and helpful. My room was really nice, this whole place just has its own character.

A beautiful and idyllic place on the hills outside Verona. One of the best places we've stayed, ever. Great food. The farm doing many products of their own. Also a restaurant / bar in walking distance from the place, plus beautiful nature around, with a nightjar and a little owl vocal at night.
